NYC Reminders / Updates

Leslie, Kate and Spiggy @ COF: the Gathering

(Chris sums it up perfectly in 4 words...or 6)

Just a quick reminder about the COF Fan Gathering today. Check here for the details. Hope everyone has a great time there, and at the show!

There's also a Cure party after the MSG show.

And don't forget that Fuse will be broadcasting one hour of the show "live" and commercial free at 11pm eastern, followed by a repeat at midnight. So that's 10 & 11pm central, 9 & 10pm mountain and 8 & 9pm pacific.

  1. Ok, this is just ridiculous!

My alarm clock isn't set to go off until 7:00 am eastern time.

I have been awake since 3:45 am!

This is how excited I am!!

    Yeesh!

    ReplyDelete
  2. Live on TV, and chatting on COF?
It's as if the gods have heard the pleas of those of us who can't attend.

    <3

I'll be here with bells on!

Have FUNNNNN everyone! I look forward to some great pictures of you you guys tonight....and am I right in saying this is the first unoffical COF gathering?

    ReplyDelete
  3. Yes finally the day has arrived!!!

    ReplyDelete
  4. ill see you all later my curefriends

    ReplyDelete
  5. Kate, I'm with you. I stayed out late last night - I should be exhausted and hungover, but I'm neither. I woke up early and full of energy. I was practically skipping to the subway.

I really don't remember being this excited about Curiosa. It's so nice to have 3 hour shows again.

Only 11 hours til they take the stage!

    ReplyDelete
  6. I really hope someone will record Fuse tonight in DVD quality! Surely someone has a DVD recorder!

We can't get Fuse in Canada :(

    ReplyDelete
  7. Tonight is the start the last two Cure Concerts for the NA Tour! Just feels like yesterday I was getting ready for my 2 shows in early May! It's all a blur now! But I happy one at that!

I sincerely wish all the COF Kittens & Geeks who will be attending the shows & the COF gatherings to have a happy, fun, fabulous, fantastic, excellent, awesome........time this weekend. ENJOY!!!

I can’t wait to see all your pics, video, stories, reviews......and for me to be here with everyone who could not attend! It will be a fun two nights. I'll even stay up beyond Midnight!!!!

And I'm looking forward to seeing The Cure on Fuse tonight! I'm going to try to record it on my DVD if it still work but use my old VHS as back up! I’d rather be at MSG but this will be so cool to see!

    ReplyDelete
  8. I'm playing the wonderful ATL boot right now as a warm up for tonight.

Can't wait to see what the choose for FUSE tonight!!! How many songs will they show? 6? 7? 5??

    ReplyDelete
  9. I will be recording a DVD of the show!

    ReplyDelete
  10. Hi Morris. Looking forward to tonight's show?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Stupid me...

    FUSE is commercial free!!!

    wow :)

P.S. Have fun you lucky NY COFers!!!

(searching address book for super rich friend who has a Lear Jet and lots of money to buy our way into show tonight!!!) LOL

    ReplyDelete
  12. ELISE: Yes! very excited :)

We are so lucky to follow such a great band - I know Robert, Simon, Porl and Jason won't disappoint tonight!

    ReplyDelete
  13. *wallows in self-pity* a lear jet wouldn't get me to NYC in time now AND to make matters worse, we don't get Fuse in Oz. Boooo

    ReplyDelete
  14. Well, there's about nine hours to go before the show.

To everyone going to the COF pre-concert meet, and more importantly, the concert have a FANTASTIC time.

We will be here enviously watching the setlist and discussing what a great show you guys are all getting.

I'm gonna go and try to catch up on some sleep before the show tomorrow.

    See ya in 9 hours.

    ReplyDelete
  15. elise, i've perfected a method of particle transportation that could technically put you in new york by showtime. i've also got backstage passes and a personally written invitation from robert to go out with the band later on.

actually, 'perfected' isn't the proper term, as you'd be the first human to go through, if you're interested. so far, with about a 93% success rate, all dogs, cats and chickens i've tried have made it through mostly ok. let me know.

    ReplyDelete
  16. MB - mmmm, I think I'm prepared to take that risk. 93% success.... I like them odds :)

    ReplyDelete
  17. Elise: sweet dreams! see you tomorrow! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  18. Night all. See ya in the NYC blog tomorrow (my time) ;o)

    ReplyDelete
  19. hey guys!! the sign for the MGG show has been made.... you can look at it here!

    ReplyDelete
  21. Cool sign! I hope Robert sees it & give the COF peeps a special shout out at the show tonight!!! maybe we'll see it on Fuse too! :)

    ReplyDelete
  22. Whoot whoot I'm on my way right now. Hopefully I won't be late, depends how bad the traffic is in NYC...

    ReplyDelete
  23. yea that would be badass....im excited im going to be watching fuse tonight!!! wooo

    ReplyDelete
  24. Even though I can't attend the MSG show nor watch Fuse TV, I'm overexcited about tonight's show.
I'll be checking the live update every minute.

I'm looking forward to some videos & recordings and hopefully Fuse show on DVD posted somewhere later.

    Enjoy everyone!!!

    ReplyDelete
  25. i'll be watching fuse tonight and looking out for you crazy folks. have fun!

    ReplyDelete
  26. I'm so excited and happy for the NYC COFers!!!! :) I hope you all have a great time at the meetup and show.

P.S. The sign looks great!!!! :D

    ReplyDelete
  27. Hellooooooooooooooooooo Cure peeps! NYC reporting! Mine and Christina's hotel room is just FEET away from the famed MSG! I'll meet her and her cousin in just a little while, and then we'll meet up with the COF gathering a bit later.

Cool! Hope all is well in COF-land. :-)

    ReplyDelete
  28. V: Did you make your deadline this morning?

    ReplyDelete
  29. Kate is on her way:
"We are on the train to NY! Choo choo, but not simon's choo choo!"

    : )

    ReplyDelete
  30. so cat, does this mean you can stumble just right across the street, drunk, sweaty and pulsing with cure-lust, after the after-after-party to your hotel? no cabs?

    ReplyDelete
  31. Cat: So glad you arrived safely. Have a blast!

    ReplyDelete
  32. If anyone is still looking for a ticket for tonight, seek out Michael at the gathering:

"I’ve posted twice in the tickets forum on the blog and had NO response. Strange, considering all the traffic I’m seeing on e-Bay (which I sought to avoid). I have an extra ticket for tonight’s show in Section 102. I want only what I paid ($82.50 thanks to those damn Ticketmaster fees). I’ll be at the COF gathering at 5:30 tonight. Would you consider posting on the ticket’s availability and tell the community they can seek me out at TGIF?"

    ReplyDelete
  33. Love the sign!!! Thank you Chris & Cat!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Cat & Chris: Ok to post the sign on COF?

    ReplyDelete
  35. I'm very excited about tonights show and I don't even get Fuse.

I hope they mark tonights occasion with a few special "treats".

    ReplyDelete
  36. I'm getting so excited for everyone going! (visualizing Cure fans pouring into NYC from every airport, train station, and bridge)

    ReplyDelete
  37. Craig: Not yet, but still plugging away... :|

Got some decent sleep last night for the first time in, uh, a month though, so at least I have a somewhat functioning brain today!

I must have slept so well because I dreamed we were all at the MSG show!! You were trying to interview Robert for a documentary film you were making. ;) I even saw the "COF loves The Cure" sign in that dream, too, and it looked a lot like the real thing...

I am so excited reading everyone's reports from NYC!! What an awesome experience for everyone there. :)

    ReplyDelete
  38. Wow! Awesome sign! I haven't seen it in person yet, as I will meet up with Chris in about 1/2 hour.

I was eating a very expensive and not very tasty lunch next to the hotel and was looking at the big screen at MSG; they have a Cure/Fuse ad broadcasting amid the other upcoming shows. Rather exciting to see the ad! Oh, and Fuse is right next door to the hotel.

Maybe Robert is there interviewing? Maybe I should go check it out? ;-)

I feel kind of sick from lunch and from lack of sleep. :-(

    ReplyDelete
  39. HELLO!!!
hope the cof-ers that traveled to nyc had a wonderful flight/ride! we are SO looking forward to meeting you all. :)

craig, thank you for just everything.
if you need yet another back up/side texter for tomorrow nights show- i'd be happy to lend assistance!

off to start on my makeup! see you folks in a few hours!!!!! oh jeez!
    xoxo

ps: will miss you guys who can't make it!!!

    ReplyDelete
  40. Cat!!!! Sorry you feel sick. :( I think you totally need to go next door to look for Bobby! :)

Hi Sofia!!! Hope you have a fantastic time tonight. :) All of us here will be thinking about you guys.

    ReplyDelete
  41. craig: would that sign technically be SIX words? ;)

    ReplyDelete
  42. Hey Sofia!

V: Dream? Or glimpse into the future? ; )

Glad you finally got some sleep. I was so nervous last night. I'm going to need to seek out JPX after this is all over with. : )

Monkey: Don't get technical on me, pal. : )

    ReplyDelete
  43. Craig: Hopefully the latter. Since I predicted the sign accurately, I feel confident the rest will come true too...:D

I am sure JPX will be more than happy to have you as a patient...though I wouldn't trust him not to tell you spooky stories while you're on the couch. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  44. But I love spooky stories. : )

And V, YOU are doing the interview. I'll just work the camera and audio.
    : )

    ReplyDelete
  45. I wonder if this show is going to be released on DVD sometime....

Wouldn't it be cool if the sign was forever cemented in Cure legacy by having it appear on a DVD?

    ReplyDelete
  46. Well, I see we have a scheduled outage today at 5pm my time. They say it will only last 10 minutes, but it was more like 30 yesterday.
Right in the middle of the COF party too. : (

    ReplyDelete
  47. Craig: I love spooky stories, too. Maybe JPX will found a whole new method of therapy based on spooky storytelling and go down in psychological history!

Is he going to the NYC shows?

Oh and the mere thought of interviewing Robert is making me shake...like milk... ;)

    ReplyDelete
  48. Andrew: I would think the HDNet show will have a better chance of being released on DVD.
But I have no doubt that the Fuse show will get an "unofficial" release on DVD late tonight or tomorrow. ; )

    ReplyDelete
  49. V: Spook therapy...I like it.
Don't know if he's going to NYC, I would probably remember if he was.

JPX? You going to either show?

You're shaking like milk? I would LOVE to see that. : )

    ReplyDelete
  50. Craig: I thought I remembered him saying he was going to NYC a long time ago - towards the beginning of the tour - but I don't recall hearing about it more recently, so maybe I'm just making things up again. :)

    *laughs at the Christmas lights*

    ReplyDelete
  51. Walked by Fuse and briefly went inside the lobby area of the building where it is housed; no sign of Bobby.

Also walked around MSG a bit.

Don't feel like doing much other than wait for Chris and just chill in the hotel. Usually when I'm in NYC it's go go go; kinda nice to be static for a change, at least for a couple of hours. Tomorrow I will do some stuff, maybe, before I head back to Hotlanta.

I am thinking they will pull out all the poppy stops tonight for the Fuse thingy; what do you all think?

    ReplyDelete
  52. Hope someone can tape Fuse so all of us at the bottom of the world can see it. Wow I am so excited about these two nights and I am a million miles away, what a geek.

    ReplyDelete
  53. I think you lucky cats are in for some treats tonight. Maybe a new song? What better place to debut a new track than at one of the most infamous arenas in the world.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Man, I just looked at my cousin's photos from her recent trip to London, and now I am wanderlusting in a bad way. Next Euro Cure tour I'm doing Paris and London! Mark my words!

And next USA tour, I'm telecommuting from the road for the duration! :)

I feel like I'm going to the show tonight, I'm so jittery.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Cat: Sorry you didn't see Bobby! :( But you'll be seeing him soon enough! :)

    ReplyDelete
  56. Cat: I don't think it will be all pop tonight, but more so than tomorrow night.

    ReplyDelete
  57. I think they first half of the show will be heavy on the pop stuff and hopefully they pay us back with a ripping back half of the show.

In my wildest dreams, and I did dream last night, we get UTS and BRDB to open and close, then they surprise us with the full Disintegration encore -- Plainsong, Same Deep Water as You, and Disintegration.

They have not yet played Same Deep Water as You and I think it might be time......

That are we get punished with Club America......

    ReplyDelete
  58. V's all kinds of fired up! Way to go V! Will you do the live reports? : )

    I know, I know...just kidding. Olivier will cover for you. : )

    ReplyDelete
  59. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Joe: My money is on UTS and BRDB tonight. And OOTW and Bloodflowers for RCMH.
    But hey, I'm a dreamer. : )

    ReplyDelete
  61. Craig, figures I'll miss out on perhaps the best Cure show in history, but really, I shouldn't complain. ;-)

I don't think it will be all pop tonite, but don't you think for the live Fuse broadcast it will be? I don't see Fuse dorks exactly eating up Figurehead/Drowning Man/SDWAY, although I could be completely wrong.

Maybe they'll open with Heroin Face tonite! :-D

    ReplyDelete
  62. Craig: I may be convinced to do "special reports" next time. ;)

(And excuse me for dreaming outloud, but I have a lot of shows to catch up on - I've only seen them seven times! :o ;) )

    ReplyDelete
  63. craig, i wish it were the other way around since i have already seen uts twice and not yet seen ootw or bf. :-(

Bobby, change your mind, please! for MOI! :-D

    ReplyDelete
  64. Cat: I would think the first hour of the show will be front loaded with the new stuff and the hits. Save the good stuff for later in the show. : )

    ReplyDelete
  65. V, if they do London again next year I'll see you there. No way am I missing out again!!!

    ReplyDelete
  66. Cat: They're saving Heroin Face for next year and just for you. ; )

    ReplyDelete
  67. Andrew: Great!!! I will see you there. :)

    ReplyDelete
  68. Andrew: Should we start planning the COF London meetup? ;)

    ReplyDelete
  69. Cat: Those openers/closers are just guesses, nothing set in stone.

    ReplyDelete
  70. But Cat, isn't Fuse only broadcasting an hour of the show? That still leaves plenty of time for the non-pop stuff.

Is it known whether it will be a consecutive hour (e.g. the first hour), or selected tracks?

    ReplyDelete
  71. V: I'm sure it won't take much to convince you to do the "special reports". ; )

    ReplyDelete
  72. Craig, typically that is what they do - frontload with hits - but don't you think the Fuse dorks will want the hits? The Fuse thing ain't on 'til two hours into the show. So I guess it will be during the encores... maybes they'll do the pop and old school encores and POSSIBLY another Faith encore... YES PLEASE! :-D

I can't believe I am going to miss BF stuff *AGAIN*

Why can't they just play all their shows loaded with the dark and lush stuff and save the poppy stuff for the end? I guess cuz then the JLH mofos would be bored. So why not sprinkle the pop stuff throughout, and weave in all the dark luscious lush stuff for the people who REALLY care about the Cure?

*I* am the only Cure fan that matters, dammit - *I* get to dictate the setlists!

    ReplyDelete
  73. my train leaves from LI in 30 minutes. I am getting pumped.

I agree OOTW and BF tomorrow feels like a foregone conclusion in my mind.

I'd just really love to hear some of the Wish stuff I did not get on my earlier shows -- now I got Open and End, but would love Elise and Unstuck -- Unstuck from Atlanta has Porl going nuts on it. Would love to see that since I am on his side of the stage.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Yeah the London meetup will destroy the NY one....Even if it is just me and V.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Ooh, just got a call from Chris - she is on her way up the elevator! The real fun begins! Mwuhahahahaha

    ReplyDelete
  76. Joe: I would think you'll get one of those two, if not both. Elise being most likely.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Andrew: That's right!! :) All the NYC party people are gonna be so jealous when they see the live reports from our London meet! :P :)

    ReplyDelete
  78. Dear NYC,

Cat and Chris are teaming up. May the gods protect you!

    : )

    ReplyDelete
  79. Fuse will record the entire show, which I think Robert alluded to on the website, tonight they will show an hour of material spliced together and show as "live" sorta. I know the Foo's show they did last year I think, has been replayed now a handful of times with different songs etc. By taping the whole show, they can run the thing a bunch of times with different stuff or re-ordered stuff each time.

On the first night, I would expect lots of new stuff and pop stuff to be played in the first two hours. I do not think anything from the encores will make tonights broadcast unless they are editing and splicing while it is still airing, which since it is commercial free would be amazing.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Not only will me and V tear London to shreds but the whole Cure show will be broadcasted live across the world in big cinemas and it would be totally more awesome than NYC.

No I'm not jealous of all you lucky bastards in NYC tonight. And no there is not a blackspot in my heart which I will hold against you until the world ends. argh :P

    ReplyDelete
  81. Just checked Ticketmaster for tix to the show tonight.

Sect. 73, Row B, Seat 2 is available. Too bad I can't get from Austin to NYC in time...

    ReplyDelete
  82. Hey, everybody!

We are checked in at our hotel and trying to relax a little before heading out to the Meet. I never did get any more sleep - I am so excited!

I am sure I will sleep ALL DAY tomorrow before going to RCMH!

    That sign looks great, too!

    Weeee!

    ReplyDelete
  83. Hey Kate! Have a great time tonight!

    ReplyDelete
  84. Thanks, Craig! You will be with us in spirit!!

    ReplyDelete
  85. Only 5 more hours now till The Cure are on stage again!

    I'm excited & I'm not even there!

    Enjoy the show!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  86. Have fun tonight, Kate!!! :)

    ReplyDelete
  87. Hi guys, YAY, one more hour till the meet. I'm at work fidgeting in my seat. Can't wait for my first show!!

    ReplyDelete
  88. Hi Leslie. Wow, your first show! You are in for quite a treat. : )

    ReplyDelete
  89. I thought that FUSE was going to record an entire, pre-selected hour of the concert, then air it 'as live' while the concert is still happening to sort of lend it some kind of extra-live feel. Given that kind of setup, it makes sense to me that they will select a portion of the setlist that is widely accessible and air that... so Cat, of course you definitely will have plenty of opportunity toward the end of the show to hear the more delectable stuff.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Gah I am all jittery here on i-78, just had to post. Really hope all your ambitious predictions come true, but I actually wish we would get plainsong. It is my favorite of the openers... But I've never heard UTS so...

    ReplyDelete
  91. Posted a photo from the soundcheck.
    : )

    ReplyDelete
  92. For the nth time, have fun in NYC!

Cat, you know I'll want a full report ASAP!

    ReplyDelete
  93. Anyone here have an HD video DVR? Would love to see this in HD!

    ReplyDelete

  95. does anyone know what time the concert starts in the central time zone?

    ReplyDelete
  96. Sara: 8pm for The Cure.

No one reads my little notes, do they? : )

    ReplyDelete
  97. lol was that posted on the news blog page? my bad...my eyes were distracted by the pictures ;)

    ReplyDelete
  98. I know it's getting kinda late in the day but I just want to wish everybody who's going to MSG an absolutely fantastic night - may all your setlist dreams come true.

Unfortunately I'll miss the live chat 'cos I'm getting on the red-eye for NY myself. RCMH for me and hubby thanks to everybody here who encouraged me to grab what I wanted so much. Eternal gratitude.....

    ReplyDelete
  99. Podgirl: I'm so glad this worked out for you! Life is too short to let dreams pass you by... :) Have a wonderful time!

    ReplyDelete
  100. I read them, Craig! Heh.

Damn, I am going to an all night show/party tonight, which will likely mean not getting my hands on the FUSE stuff until tomorrow! Gah! And I will probably miss out on the live reports too... but that's okay, I find the whole experience so painful! %^P

Have a great time, you lucky NYC show-goers! :^D

    ReplyDelete
  101. i should use my savings and buy a round trip ticket to NY to go to the concert...that would be so funny...my parents would never know bc i would tell them i am spending the night somewhere...hahaha i want to do omething spontaneous lk that one day...

    ReplyDelete
  102. V: I can always count on you. Thank you. : )

Podgirl: So glad you listened to all of us. : ) Have a great time and a safe trip!

    ReplyDelete
  103. i prolly wont be home til 9:30 or 10 central time, so i will be running a little late :( o well lol

    ReplyDelete
  104. Thanks Maree. Enjoy your night out.

    ReplyDelete
  105. thanx Craig!! When they get on stage I think I'm going to spontaneously combust on the spot, loll.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Soundcheck: To Wish Impossible Things, Pictures of You, Friday I'm In Love, Sleep When I'm Dead.

    Thanks Tara!

    ReplyDelete
  107. MSG brings back memories.. Saw the cure there in 87, opening with EYEMOU and that strange holographic sound PA that Pink Floyd owned... It was cool!

    ReplyDelete
  108. if there's any justice they will come out and play 'like an animal' just to surprise and confuse the hell out of everyone.

    (though, i would lilke it)

    ReplyDelete
  109. Tara: "Now doing Wrong Number. : ( "

    ReplyDelete
  110. Any word about the songs played on the soundcheck Craig ?

    BTW, hi everyone.

For those who are going to the tonight show , have a great time and send good reports please, the rest of us depends upon you...

    ;)

    ReplyDelete
  111. Hey Craig. Yup, we leave tomorrow but the meeting isn't till Monday. I'm getting some butterflies, I hope to drown them in ALE over the weekend! ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  112. I already see the info Craig..

    Thanks

    :-)

    ReplyDelete
  113. They should be sick of playing Wrong Number. I sure as hell am sick of reading its name pop up on 95% of the setlists.

    ReplyDelete
  114. hey no fair... how do you get into soundcheck?

    ReplyDelete
  115. Jerry: Sounds like a plan. : )

Stay strong. You know we're all thinking of you guys and sending those positive thoughts your way.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Mad Bob: I'm posting the soundcheck info. Check the front page. : )

    ReplyDelete
  117. Now playing UTS!

Looks like Swami Craig strikes again! : )

    ReplyDelete
  118. just checked: FUSE doesn't flag their content, so i'll be able to record the show and make backups :)

Fuse isn't in HD on my provider :(

(as long as they don't do a special flag for the show tonight)

    ReplyDelete
  119. Thanks Craig, you can't even begin to imagine how much we need that! I'll report what happens on my page and let you guys know.

Now for tonight it's all Cure all the time! ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  120. P.S. Nice work, Swami Craig!

    ReplyDelete
  121. Good omen for the MSG gang - my cure-based Pandora channel has played "to the sky" and "subway song" this afternoon. Have a GREAT TIME all you lucky dogs! (sorry, kittens/tomcats)

    ReplyDelete
  122. Jerry: Do you have Fuse. Lame Cox doesn't carry it here. : (

    ReplyDelete
  123. V: Anytime. : )
    Do you have Fuse?

    ReplyDelete
  124. Oh how I wish I was in NYC for this concert. I should have planned better. I know everyone will have a great time tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  125. Craig, yeah.when i was written the message, you were doing the soundcheck info, so i already see it and i´m following closely.

    Thanks, you´re so gentle.

I was expecting some rarely played songs during the soundcheck, maybe TSDWAY, but i´t´s good one anyway.

    :)

    ReplyDelete
  126. Yes I do Craig but not in HD. I have it set to record and when I get back from SoCal I plan to extract it from my DVR and post unless someone beats me to it.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Why do all my posts here make me look like an idiot? I'm not, really. I just am not very flowerly with my writing :)

    ReplyDelete
  128. Cat I have often wondered that too. How do they get in?

    ReplyDelete

  163. Blogger will be unavailable Friday (6/20) at 3:00PM PDT for about 10 minutes for maintenance.
Update: This maintenance is being delayed a bit while we work out some issues.

    Oh you bastards! : )

    ReplyDelete
  164. The issues better be worked out by 8pm EDT!

    ReplyDelete
  165. It's just about time for the doors to open at MSG, isn't it?

    ReplyDelete
  166. The outages usually only last 10-15 minutes. We should be ok.

  171. V/C-I love the "COF Loves The Cure" Sign too. I really wanted to do something like that in Charlotte because it was the day after the Robert posting.

I didn't want to overstep though!

    ReplyDelete
  172. Craig: Oh you know I read them!!!! :)

    ReplyDelete
  173. Anah: I don't think Chris would've had a problem with it. : )

    ReplyDelete
  174. *Makes a note to never believe another word V says...or types*

    : )

    ReplyDelete
  175. I just remembered that it is the summer solstice today.

In honour of this event Robert should swap the lyrics of Last day of summer to the first day...

  178. I just drank an entire bottle of wine as I waited for my guests to come over and watched this concert! I check cof every day and know every song...my face feels dry from letting a couple tears out! this new album is shaping to be the best since wish! The cure is timeless, not reduced to nostalgia...annnnd robert was ssssoooo f'n funny when he talked about how he never talks/how ppl tend to not understand what he's saying onstage....just lovely...CHEERS CURE FANS! -MARK W BADE

  179. Heya, Craig!

I am sorry that we didn't send many photos from the meet. It was strangely dark at TGIF and most of the iPhone images didn't come out very well. But, a number of people were taking photos with cameras, so you will probably get a bunch later.

Yes, I wore a NAMETAG, because I wanted people to be able to find the group. I think it helped. But, not many other people took the opportunity. :P

    Kate = DORK. :) Weeee!

    ReplyDelete
  180. Kate: I hope you realize the dork thing was a joke!

    ReplyDelete
  181. Craig - of course I knew it was a joke!

    *smooch*
