Night 7 of the LatAm 2013 tour, and the penultimate show. First time ever in Colombia, and we move out of the stadiums for one night, and into what looks like a very nice park.

Tonight's schedule: Doors open at 5, Mmodcats at 5:30, Superlitio at 6:30, The Cure at 8. Check the local time in Bogota here or with the clock over there on the right.

Hope to have the live updates tonight, but with the trouble everyone is having getting a signal at these shows, who knows. I'll give it a shot, and hope that I can piece it together from random reports. At the very least, we should have the setlist posted after the show. If anyone who's going to the show would like to attempt to help us, especially with the song by song live setlist reports, please contact me. Post in the comments, email me at craigatcof(at)gmail(dot)com, or on Twitter @CraigatCoF, or use WhatsApp (email me and we can set it up). Thank you so much, and enjoy the show!

    1. I've seen the Cure in the rain in 1995 (Sonoria Festival in Milan)
The mud was up to my knees...Then during A Night Like This has stopped raining and the moon has made its way through the clouds. Magical evening!

    6. Thank you. I couldn't sleep that night and I woke up thinking that it was a dream. The only proof was the ticket and my Cure t-shirt, hehe.
The awful thing is the anguish when I get to think if I'll ever have the possibility to see them again live. Anyhow, I don't know what tomorrow may bring, so fingers crossed!

    7. I used to refer to that feeling s Post-Cure Depression, and then that awful 'band' Pussy Cat Dolls started, and PCD was destroyed ;)

  6. Have fun, Bogota!!. Pásenla bien, disfruten, canten y bailen :).
Hope Peter is not so aware of the updates and enjoys the show. It's such an unique opportunity and we (people from Latam), have waited way too long

  7. Checking in from Lima - I wonder what the 3D glasses are all about? Whatever it is I know Fuji will get some great video for us!

  8. I could have this wrong, but from what I read yesterday, the 3D was some sort of promotional thing between the 2nd opening act and The Cure's set. Not sure what, though.

    1. Right? I think I would die if I ever saw a Cure show where they went straight from Same Deep Water into Cold! My #1 & 2 fave Cure songs.

    2. That's for real, that's the set they're playing now! Then into strange day!

    3. I was saying the same thing the other day. A Faith chaser and I'd die very happy!

  10. SDWAY - Cold - Strange Day

  12. I think the ? in the third encore are Dressing Up and Lovecats, at least that was the order in Santiago and Peru.

    1. Only Lovecats. Skipped Dressing Up tonight.

      Delete
    2. That's odd, haven't they played it every show?

      Delete
    3. I believe they have played it every show of LatAm. You have to be a fan to know Dressing Up.

      Delete
    4. Yep. First LatAm show without it.

  13. Lemme guess - 10:15, BDC then KAA and done

  14. There's really nothing like an entire stadium of 40,000-plus people singing along to Boy's Don't Cry.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Yeah it would be awesome for a 4th encore of Faith.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Or end with something random like "This Is a Lie."

  17. Is there any other band in the world that plays 3 1/2 hour gigs and 40+ songs for its fans? We are truly blessed to be fans of this magnificent band.

  18. What a setlist !!!

    ReplyDelete
  19. Best setlist so far. 1st and 2nd encore simply amazing. Faith in Mexico City? I think so.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Faith, Lost, The Top, Cut Here, The Figurehead, Lament, The Scream, The Promise !

    ReplyDelete
  21. Cut Here? That'll never happen.
However - I must say, I am really liking this whole, having Fascination Street as an encore.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Yeah, those 1st and 2nd encores were something else! Seeing them play in the rain was certainly quite the experience. It was pretty cold, but then they played 'Cold' and it didn't matter anymore!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Yeah man! SDWAY into Cold in the first Encore?! Intense! But? If you lived in Bogota, and this was possibly your only chance to see them live? They totally deserved to see such a setlist!!
