  32. damn i wish i could go see this show!!! but there is NO way i can get a passport in a week! lol

    ReplyDelete
  33. broadcasted worldwide? sweet. do you think it'll be aired on October 11th or we'll have to wait for a later airing?

btw - i've been checking up on my HDNet schedule e-mails and no word of the Charlotte show yet.

    ReplyDelete
  34. The news's that Dee posted is just utterly depressing since most of us can't make it there. Why can't we all be there? This concert should be a COF exclusive!!! And it better come on MTV too but they could do a We are only showing it in a few select countries thing.

Wishful Thinking for the Wishful Tour! :)

    ReplyDelete
  35. imagining Bob sipping a Coca Cola for an Italian tv commercial. Then a nice lovely lipstick smear ;o)

    ReplyDelete
  36. Andy: Robert's post says a delayed Global Broadcast, so probably only live on MTV Italy, then aired elsewhere at a later date.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I just hope we don't have to wait for months before MTV decides to show it!

    ReplyDelete
  38. MTV US doesn't even show music anymore, does it?

*crosses fingers someone uploads it to youtube or D/L onto DVD thingy like someone did for me of the FUSE thing*

    ReplyDelete
  39. i can personally assure all of you that i won't be at this show.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Great news, pity that the concert will be held far away from here...

I hope also, that MTV re-broadcast the show soon worldwide.

    I´m curious on:

Why CURE gave the exclusive of this huge event to MTV, if CURE aren´t the kind of "artists" that the music video channel likes ?

Maybe if the band had made the show by their own, a better show would everybody have.

Isn´t a risky move that CURE shows at live the whole 4:13 Dream, before the release date ?

No matter what, i´m very excited for this.

Only 12 days left for the show and 29 for the cd.

    OH HELL YES!!!!!!

    :)

  41. this is a dream promo for the upcoming album!

In the « fuck me upside down category » : i do not travel much because of the kids, but i happen to fly pretty close from Rome next october, for work (a poetry festival). And i will arrive... october 13 :(((( i can't change my tickets and i can't leave for more than 6 days and i have to be there up to october 19 :(((

is there any chance someone could tape this and make it available for the unluncky cure fans ?

    ReplyDelete
  42. @love-the-cure

MTV US only airs music between midnight and 4 AM. I'll probably have to DVR the broadcast. :)

Comcast also has an HD music channel that re-airs select programming from MTV and VH1. I've got my fingers crossed that they will show this in HD.

  43. I was just in Italy two weeks ago...aaahhhhh!!
I want to go sooooo baaadddd!

    ReplyDelete
  44. *weeps in despair*

As one of about twelve people in the world who doesn't have MTV of any kind, I'm gonna be relying on one of you lovely people to stick the thing on Youtube I think...

Although, the more I think about it; I'm not so sure if I wanna hear the album live before hearing it on disc.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Hey Craig, do you already have a live reporter from Rome ?

I wish you (we) had one now !!!.

    :)

Can´t wait for the 11th October..

    ReplyDelete
  46. I'm happy, for this means we will most likely get a DVD version. Maybe that double Album Limited Edition with the album live in full from Rome.

    *crosses fingers*

  47. Anah - I like the way you think!!!
