    actually I spent almost 2 weeks in spain in August and I never ever listen any of the singles released so far, although they were topping the charts.

    I don't get it seriously.
    Nobody listens to the Cure in Spain, that is so weird. I called my friends there and asked them if the Cure were being played in the general media and noone has heard them once.

    There must be something wrong with the chart.
    Needless to say that the singles really stink which is probably why the mass are buying it, in case they really are.

    explanation (i live in Spain):

    - this is the physical singles chart. downloads have their own chart, where the cure has not appeared ever (i think). same for airplay (cure is close to zero), it's in a different chart.

    - very few singles are physically releases here, so every release from a act with some cult following usually tops the chart.

    - they are cheap: around 3€ for the singles, 6~7€ this EP.
