Roger update

Roger has a lot going on in the next few months, so be sure to check out his website. A quick summary:

Live shows - Roger will be playing a few live shows this summer. The first date announced is July 31st at Synthetic in The Cavendish Arms pub in Stockwell, London.

Songs From the Silver Box - the new album is now scheduled for a November release.

Remixing -"Just finished a remix for a crazy Toronto band called Pony Da Look. Its difficult to describe them really , there are four girls all playing cheap synthesizers with and English girl singing lyrics about sorcerers and demons .... very weird!" Hahaha...they ARE weird!

Also, check out the Roger Remix site.

Sleep When I'm Dead lyrics...nearly

Sleep When I'm Dead (MSG/Fuse version)

Sleep when I'm dead, you angels
I'll sleep when I'm dead, I said
Sleep when I'm dead, you angels
I'll sleep when I'm dead, I said
Sleep when I'm dead, you angels
Well until then...

Told me I could run the world
If I kept it clean
Told me I could be the chosen one
If I took one for the team
And it's the only way to be
Never think it isn't fair
It's a green-eyed panic (pride?)
To the edge of nowhere

Give it to the chick
And see if it ticks
Give it to the (kid?)
See if it sticks
Give it to the wonderful, wonderful me
I'll let you know on my return just how it is
with all the other boys and girls

The whole fucking other world
The way they grew to (be?)
(The love they feel about me?)

Sleep when I'm dead, you angels
I'll sleep when I'm dead, I said
Sleep when I'm dead, you angels
I'll sleep when I'm dead, I said

Told me I could run the world
If I kept it quiet
They said I could be the man
If I took it out of sight
So in a monkey suit of (pins?)
Having fun with all your friends
How a casual (act can pull?)
All this world to pieces

Give it to the (bunny? bonnie?)
And see if she kicks
Give it to the (puppy?)
See if it sticks
Give it to the wonderful, wonderful me
I'll let you know when I return on how it is
with all the other boys and girls

The whole fucking other world
The way they feel inside
The why they never make it (by?)
The way they are inside
The why I never take the time
The way they are inside
The why I never act surprised
Yeah, just how it is

Sleep when I'm dead, you angels
I'll sleep when I'm dead, I said
Sleep when I'm dead, you angels
I'll sleep when I'm dead, I said
Sleep when I'm dead, you angels
I'll sleep when I'm dead, I said
Sleep when I'm dead, you angels
I'll sleep when I'm dead
Well until then...

I may as well be tired, I think
Before I lay me down to dream

Lyric deciphering based upon the MSG/Fuse version, which Robert assures us is "Just like the fucking record...nearly". : )

Forever at RCMH

"I recorded the full version of “Forever” from radio city music hall – recorded on my phone as a 3gpp video that has been converted to mp3 – it has no other audio editing at all, so it has the end of a forest for approx 1 minute before changing to forever. Whole track is about 8min 30 sec. and is just over 15 mb as an mp3" (Thanks John)

Update: Forever (RCMH - 82MB FLAC)
