  1. aaah, he sounds so sexy!!

the affects are really funny too :)

as a fan of art brut, i think the cover is interesting and unique, but otherwise - its a mediocre rendition. the phrasing, intonation and eddie's voice doesnt go well along. the only part i liked was the words he added - other girls went, other girls came.

  3. ehh im not so sure if i like the catch cover...maybe if he started out in that talking voice and then went into singing it would sound better...bet hes not singing at all... but I do like the lostprophets cover of boys dont cry. lost prophets are great. As for RSXXX's interview, it was great!

  4. I presume that Robert "scripted" this bit out before recording it, and it sounds quite nice. It's different to hear his spoken dialogue so intentional, rather than off the cuff.

  7. I liked the Art Brut musical arrangement a lot. It built on the original while still respectfully, almost lovingly, holding on to its original sweet quality. However, the vocals were just odd. It's strange to me that the guy doesn't actually sing and I found this to be a huge distraction.

  8. Ooooh, I love the sound of Robert's voice... Mmmm, nom nom nom....

I agree Jeff, I like the musical arrangement of this cover too, but the guy doesn't actually *sing* it! wtf.
It's "different" I'll give him that.

  9. Only thing I liked was hearing Roberts voice! Didn't really care for any of the covers.
