I'm listening to the cd version now. It's pretty amazing sounding. Definitely louder but GOOD loud, not compression loud. The drums sound fuller too and everything is just so easy to separate in your mind i.e. the keys, guitars , voice.
ReplyDeleteAnd holy molly, the bass in prayers for rain. Wowzer!
ReplyDeleteOr I guess I mean "keyboards" but still...bass none the less.
ReplyDeleteI love the red-and-black live shot.
ReplyDeleteI'm tempted to read the liner notes. No, no, I must be strong.
ReplyDeleteThere is a fantastic story in the linear notes that I was unaware of.
ReplyDeleteProps to all my "stereophile" friends!
ReplyDeleteSome nice Vinyl setups out there! : )
I see a strong leaning towards classic gear.
Mike: Which story?
ReplyDeleteInteresting set up!
ReplyDeleteWe've just been advised from a couple suppliers that the US reissue of Disintegration Vinyl has been bumped a week to June 15. Pretty typical for vinyl these days.
ReplyDeleteWe'll try to get more info before changing our release date.
The vinyl is $21.99 in Denver at Twist and Shout. You can also get a poster with your purchase.
