So they cut out Sirensong, Real Snow White, and THANWY.
And there was some very odd censoring going on: "I couldn't take all the censorship. Yes, backmasking an F-bomb I can understand. But "slide me in"??!?! "Suicide"??!?!"

Yes, I am curious, too. We have that channel available in our lineup, but are not subscribed to it.
ReplyDeleteI taped it but haven't had a chance to watch it yet. I just checked the credits, and I don't think that's a Cure song. I could be wrong, but it sounds like something MTV would play during the credits of any band.

There is a short instrumental during the credits which I didn't recognize, but I agree that it doesn't sound much like The Cure.
I captured the HD stream, but it's currently processing to ultimately be made into a DVD.
Craig, if no one else posts a link to the instrumental, I can get to it tonight and you can judge for yourself whether you think it's The Cure
WAS A VERY NICE VOCAL MIX, MUCH BETTER THAN THE DRY ONE WE HEARD BEFORE...CENSORSHIP PRACTICED SEVERAL TIMES IN ODD PLACES..AS THE CREDITS ROLLED THEY SHOWED FOOTAGE OF PORL OBVIOUSLY PLAYING SIERENSONG...SADLY OMMITED FROM THE SETLIST.

Oh why do they have to do that. It just kills the songs when parts are blipped out. I thought cable TV stations didn't do that?????
