Beautiful photo of Robert & Simon with Robert's father at Wembley Arena. I love that he's wearing a Cure shirt!

  3. That's surprisingly intimate for a publicly posted photo.

    1. James Alexander Smith. Figured only family and friends call him Alex, so went with James.

Mr. Smith, if you'd like this changed to Alex, just let me know. :)

  5. my brother & i met mr & mrs smith back in 97 after the first christmas show at the shepherd’s bush empire. As we were walking out we got chatting to an ‘elderly’ couple and the man said “the singer is my boy” – this led to hugs all round & for me ask for ‘ night like this’ as we were going again the following night. They played it - super star!!

  7. I was sitting behind him during the show. He was tapping along to all the songs and really seemed to be enjoying himself. I wondered if he and the lady he was with might be Robert's parents. How great! They stayed until the very end, so I guess we know where Robert gets his stamina from!

  8. Now I'm wondering if I should have been perming my hair all these years instead of back combing ;)

Indeed - rare public shot - nice one!

  12. I agree, even though it's sad the tour is now over, the entire band must be elated to catch up with loved ones and recover from the grueling day to day grind of touring. By the way,Dreamer52, it was exciting to meet you and your buddy after the show. I enjoyed chatting with you outside the venue until the small hours of the morning ;)
