    How in the heck can I find the presale code for Salt Lake City? I've subscribed to every newsletter, liked the venue on FB, checked your awesome blog, but no luck. Presale starts tomorrow at 10am, but I can't find anything. I called smith's tix (which is the ticket seller) and they said the band will release the code at some point.

      Is the presale really tomorrow? I can't find any info on it.

      As for the code, if the venue is sending it out, many times it will be sent the night before or morning of the presale.

      You can find it on Smith's Tix website. Presale tomorrow at 10am. I'm hoping they send it out since I spent all my time registering for everything possible on the venue site and ticket seller site.

      I called SmithTix and asked about the pre-sale. They confirmed that it's on 11/11, but cannot give out the password. They told me that the band will have to release the password via their website or social media. I'll keep looking around, but please post if you find.

      Looks like you have to be a member of their Identity club. Free to sign up, but you might need to have points with them.

      I'm hearing you don't just have to be an Identity member--you also need to have reached "VIP"-level status. So joining up now probably won't help, sadly. My friend is going to try to drop by the Player's Club desk tomorrow to look into this; I'll let you know if I hear anything.

    If you're planning on taking an airplane ride somewhere I'd like to point out that the last time they played Vegas tickets were oddly easy to score. I don't know why that is, the venue was small. But the day of the sale I got a ticket in the front row yep. I checked back a couple days later and scored a ticket on the FLOOR. Might not be so easy this time I don't know, I'm just sayin.

      I was also curious about the KC show. It looks like we may have to buy tickets on starlight theaters site? It would be nice if there was a presale. I've been there multiple times thigh and there really is not a bad seat there- outdoors and beautiful!

      I just got one GA ticket! When I selected 2 tickets, it said "sold out". If you get the message "all orders are in other carts" there are still single GA tix available.

    You guys who give up after 5 - 10 minutes are crazy! You have to keep trying! With the cart system, seats get released all the time! If it says no tickets available, it DOES NOT mean sold out. You can get amazing seats 30-40 minutes into a sale.

I tried like 20394820384 times on chrome and kept pulling mid to back pavilion then I switched to IE and got a GA ticket in my first try. I have a Pavilion Row NN ticket I need to sell, which I will post on the other thread if anyone is intereted. Keep trying!

    I got row FF section 102 for Denver Fiddlers Green. The website crashed on my but then somehow recovered without losing the seat.

      Super easy to get to. Right on the light rail line so no need to rent a car or take a cab. And Denver is a great city!

    Fiddlers Green who writes your website? I have a mac so I tried an obsolete version of IE, Opera, and an extension that convinces the website Firefox is IE. Now GA is sold out. Phooey :-( Veteran ticket buyers, will be more GA available when the public sale begins?

      Spiralcure. When tickets go on sale tomorrow. First use the link Craig provided . Download the phone app for it. ASX I believe. First make an account too. It crashed on me when I got my GA because I needed to fill out info for account. You have to be patient. Takes up to 45 minutes for them to release the GA.

      Have to use the designated phone apps to get better seats. I learned this the hard way for nyc. Ticketfly , ticketmaster etc. for tomorrow you get a better chance. Download phone app!!!!

    If you look at the seating chart for vegas there are two GA standing room areas. Can somebody explain this to me? One of them looks like it's actually in the back of the venue??? which one did I buy? my ticket says GA3

      Update: My ticket says GA3 Floor, but when I bought it says left side.. however if they are sectioning it off, GA 3 is on the right side of the venue. I think it's just General Admission, not sectioned off

    Taking my kiddo's to the Denver show so I opt'd for the 4 pack.... $104 out the door for four of us! It will be nice to just take one show in from the back!

    That being said, does anyone have a spare Floor GA for Vegas? I couldn't get any today.

      I assume that means it's sold out. Like I posted below, I kept hitting the button from start time and about 14 mins into it one (1) GA Floor ticket popped up - and it's not $75, it's $100 after fees. Of course, not complaining - and very grateful to you for posting the presale password.

      Really, they should play a few nights or a residency at that venue, only 3000 capacity.

    Trying to get tickets to DENVER show. Been trying to get into pre-sale since 10 mountain time. Keep getting error trying to link to page. I'm using link and code posted above. I've tried every browser on PC and Mac. Anyone have any ideas or helpful tips? How long does the pre-sale run?

      try IE. I had the same problem with Chrome, switch to old IE and got GA PIT right away (which appears to be sold out now). Good luck!

      'As yet unreleased' means as of 11/10/2015 - they were not released. Will they be before the tour?
