      Yeah.. doesn't make much sense. Copyright and and publishing protections don't typically apply to live performances unless it's being recorded and distributed. Or am I completely wrong about that?

      I've heard it as well, but I don't recall ever seeing an interview, either video or in print, where Robert or any other member of the band has actually stated this.
