Is this the whole show or just the 30 min-ish highlights already available on dime?
ReplyDeleteWhile I haven't seen it, the schedule shows it running for 65 minutes, from 23:05 - 00:10.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info Craig!
ReplyDeleteIf you click on "TV-Programm" in the header of the homepage and then on the red "ServusTV live sehen" button, you can watch the current programme as stream.
ReplyDeleteMaybe someone with the technical abilities could record that stream, in case it's the complete show...?
as far as I remember it right the songs they showed are UNDERNEATH..PERFECT BOY..SLEEP WHEN..ONLY ONE..A FOREST..JUST LIKE HEAVEN..INBETWEEN DAYS..END OF THE WORLD..BOYS DONT CRY..GRINDING HALT..JUMPING SOMEONE ELSES...
ReplyDeleteand some more, I was very sleepy, but I guess it was more than half an hour..Thomas
Sounds like this had a lot more footage than the previous broadcast did--I hope someone was able to record this!
ReplyDeleteA version of the show aired on NME TV in the UK shortly after the gig and included interviews and support act material.
ReplyDeleteI hope somebody got this!
ReplyDeleteIt will air tomorrow night, so if anyone was able to record that annoying flash stream off the website...I've tried and failed so far... ;)
ReplyDeletei will record this in hd (Servus tv hd) !
ReplyDeleteI remember they aired the song WANT saturday night too
ReplyDeleteThank you, Moloch!
ReplyDeleteI think you have your time conversions wrong. 23:00 GMT is showing as 6pm CST for me.
ReplyDeleteGermany is 7 hours ahead of us in the central time zone.
ReplyDeleteunfortunately, i won't be home to catch it live. hope someone gets it recorded :)
ReplyDeleteits in half an hour yes? how do we watch this!?! The link just shows a schedule?
ReplyDeleteYes, just over 30 minutes. But the live stream link has been removed. Hope it comes back.
ReplyDeleteLink is back! Looks like they remove it for certain shows. Let's hope they leave it up for The Cure.
ReplyDeleteThey better leave it up... :/ Im watching now anyway...
ReplyDeleteYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWith the passage of time, i really think that, next time they tour, keyboards NEED to make a comeback...i was there that night but i remember a much better live performance..Still, nice to get to watch it..Thanks for posting.
ReplyDeleteOMG I cannot WAIT to see this. (I got home just as Grinding Halt ended--how fitting!)
ReplyDeleteAnybody know how one would figure out what type of shoes Robert was wearing in the concert?
ReplyDeleteAlso Thanks Moloch
Doh Where will Moloch host the video will craig put up a link?
ReplyDeleteAmazing, WANT had all of us on tumblr crying.
ReplyDeleteJaimie: Yes, I'll post the links when I have them, and I'm sure Moloch will post them in the comments.
ReplyDeleteI am happy if moloch recorded it, as I don´t have a hd recorder and my oldschool vhs wasn´t working...
ReplyDeleteCant wait to see The Cure live for real again !!!
... yeah, somewhere around 2013?
ReplyDeleteNah, pretty sure you'll see them live again next year. In one form or another.
ReplyDeleteYou're killing me Craig!!!
ReplyDeleteI suppose I ought to start saving in case I need to travel to see them...as I am sure they won't be coming back to Las Vegas anytime soon!
ReplyDeletedon't get my hopes upppp.
ReplyDeleteThat's a big tease! What do you know Mr Craig?
ReplyDeleteSorry. Not trying to get hopes up or hint at anything. But I'd be very surprised if we don't see at least a few shows next year.
ReplyDelete"But I'd be very surprised if we don't see at least a few shows next year."
ReplyDeleteI really like this sentence Craig!!it sounds so great... :o)
Does anyone know if/when this will be available to download?
ReplyDeleteNo word from Moloch yet. Maybe he/she is busy?
ReplyDeleteso nobody is going to upload the concert then? i was really looking forward to see it, i suppose UK fans are just not that interested anymore. hopefully it'll be shown somewhere else as well so we all will see it.
ReplyDeleteMarco, it wasnt a UK broadcast! I hope it was recorded.
ReplyDeleteUh i didn't check i suppose. i'm surprised then, usually US fans put up stuff the day after something is aired.
ReplyDeleteAnd again, it wasn't a US broadcast. It aired in Germany. And I don't even know how widely available that channel is over there. First time I had heard of it. A lot of fans probably missed it.
ReplyDeletePlus, there was a shorter version that had aired elsewhere, and which is up on Dime, so maybe the fans thought it was a repeat of that.
Moloch said he/she would record it in HD, but I haven't heard any more about it.
that's a shame really. this broadcast has only 2 songs in common with the previous, and i really enjoyed the performance and the audio mix of that. i hope this is gonna be available at some point.
ReplyDeleteas far as I know Servus TV is only aired in the "Alpe-Donau-Adria-Raum" which means the alps, the danube and the adriatic space, such as Austria, southern Germany, northern Italy, Switzerland, Slovenia?, Hungary? Check and Slovakic Republics? Croatia? ... well in the middle of Europe at least. The channel is quite new and not very popular yet. I am very sorry, I watched it but couldnt record it...
ReplyDeleteMaybe if lots of us email them, they'll consider airing it yet again? If it's a new, small station, they might be open to suggestions!
ReplyDeleteby the way the owner is "Red Bull" the austrian energydrink company. One of the richest guys in land. I guess this channel is his hobby ; )
