      I paid for a Hospitality Ticket to hopefully get better VIP privileges to see this.
      Now I find out there is a VIP option for a single day, to get the same thing. D:

      Yes Keith. Both Ride and Wolf Alice are playing Saturday. The official set times are not out until next week but my friend is Wolf Alice's sound engineer.

      It was a better whole weekend line up in 2011. This time all the good bands are on Saturday.

    Hmmmm Uk's best festival? Nah Fat Boy Slim and Carl Cox? hmmmmm looks like tickets aren't selling.... could be due to the awful website or it just being exactly the same layout and staging as Isle of Wight festival (which was huge this year)... but promoters don't tend to release day tickets this late on unless there is trouble at the mill...

      The Chuckle Brothers are headlining one of the nights too.
      I was gonna dress up to match the theme but if they're (Bestival) not committed to it, neither am I.

    Bummer for those that bought a weekend ticket. I'm the other way around. Decided not to go because the overall line up doesn't look great and I am going to all 3 London shows in December. But then I jumped at the chance to get a day ticket. The ferry back at 2am will be interesting though! As well as Ride & Wolf Alice, The Twilight Sad are also playing on the Saturday. Full schedule is now up on the Bestival website. I was there when The Cure played in 2012 and it is a pretty nice festival. Slightly older clientele than the likes of Reading!

    Does anyone know what the deal is re: leaving the festival? can you camp and leave sunday morning (9am +) or sunday early hours (2am)

      Not sure you can access the camping areas with a day pass. Even though I have a weekend ticket, I'm planning to stay up for the overnight entertainment, avoid sleeping and get an early ferry.
