Can anyone help Brian with this?

"there’s a bootleg where robert is tuning up and says something like “if you’ve ever liked jimi hendrix through your whole life you can never tune up on stage. and even after you’ve looked at a tuner it just seems….more out of tune. this song is three imaginary boys.”
