  8. This is a particularly special announcement! I lived in the Big Pineapple from 1992-1999 for grad school, and I really lost touch with The Cure during those years partly because there was no hope to ever see them. What a dream it would have been for me in those years! I am so happy for my friends in Hawaii! I wish I could go!

  9. I'm on vacation with my family doing some island-hopping, a fan of The Cure since 1979, we are on Kauai on concert-day (so near)...are there any packages to book (late flight from Kauai to Honolulu and early return flight back to Kauai including hotel)...any suggestions...
    thanx curiosa

    1. Stay on the North Shore side of the island (Kailua, Turtle Bay, etc...) if you want something peaceful. I just stayed at Turtle Bay Hotel resort and it is very nice. It's about a 1hr 20min drive to Honolulu if your with family. Honolulu can be to hectic.

  24. Stupid scalpers should be shot. I would have gotten meet and greet if I could have afforded. But alas I have to pay rent in a Waikiki right now and need to eat. My dilemma now is which nut to loose for some beers and a t shirt.

    1. I hear you there! I will tell you though, a year and half ago, for the LA Reflections shows, tickets for front row were on Stubhub for 1000 bucks, but the day of the show, I got one there for 275! Same price as my ticket today from TM!

    1. Yeah, seems to be quite a good number of excited Cure fans in the Islands. I see where you say you work 4 blocks from the Arena. Funny, so do I! We are planning on a few get togethers at either Kincaids or Ryans Grill for Happy Hour. I will have to leave early though for the show for the Meet and Greet. Wonder when they will send us the info on how that will work?

  32. So there are 15 more seats up grab them now on ticketmaster...row 2 3 and 4 of section 5 risers

  33. Too bad i cant' make the trip just sold my CC row 2 seats :( Its been too long since the reflections shows. I am holding RS to his words see you next year. either they will be going back and forth from the UK to the States this fall or they are gonna play some shows.....I don't think I have ever seen the cure tour the US during the summer less a festival. Announcements will come in September.

    ReplyDelete
  34. So as expected after posting about tickets available this morning....All of them were purchased and are on Stub hub......Guess what sclapers. If someone won't pay 300 for row 3 why would they pay that for risers. I hope they all eat their tix or sell to real fans for less than face value. To buy and resell at that small of a margin....why risk all that money to make 40$ of a ticket? Well enjoy the show!
