      A Perfect Circle does an amazing amalgamation of Lovesong and Ozzy Osborne's 'Diary of a Madman'.

    I can accept Adele's cover, and the back story, of her mom being a huge fan of the Cure thru the 80s and 90s gives her some legit cred. But what I hate about this and most other covers - is they always try to give it, this like slow samba, cool jazz vibe. its so bad!

    I had to look that one up on YouTube. Wow! The Deftones nailed it. The Cure actually seemed to enjoy it too. Now I want to see the whole MTV Icon show.

    I actually thought it was alright: blending the feel of 311s version w/ Adele's take on it. The harmony vocals were pretty cool too. Nice to see The Cure's music on national TV but agreed, something other than Lovesong would be nice...

    With all due respect, this should be returned to the bilge from whence it was pumped.

    Easily, the worst cover of a Cure song ever. But what baffles me most, is that Adam Levine seems pretty convinced, as he sings, that his rendition is almost divine...
