Roger live in Toronto

More photos here, and a couple of videos here & here. And this was listed in the program for the show: "At the request of Roger O'Donnell, tonight's concert is being recorded thanks to the generosity and expertise of Keith at SOUNDCHASER (soundchaser.ca) in the hope that iTunes sales can be directed to benefit programs for young musicians." (Thanks Shawn)

Nov. 3rd at Little Trinity Anglican Church in Toronto, Roger will be performing Quieter Trees with the Corktown Chamber Orchestra. Here's some video from rehearsals.

  4. it's just Roger...
that's about as exciting as announcing and Andrew Ridgley solo show... assuming that Jon Oates is unavailable to head the bill.

  6. Having heard Quieter Trees back in the summer it is a magical piece of music and hearing Roger perform it himself would be great, so hope Shawn and others enjoy it!

  8. Not to detract from Roger's performance, but I'm so proud of The Cure taking a stand against corporate corruption of our governments at the G20:

  9. Just to let everyone know, the performance was very enjoyable. Roger is quite a pianist and composer. I had a chance to talk with Erin Lang, who didn't perform, but was in attendance, and Roger. Erin is very sweet, and Roger is polite and courteous, and he said a couple of interesting things.

(Craig, you may want to post this stuff) I asked Roger if it would be possible to get a photo pass, and he politely said no, then explained by saying this in regard to the Reflections shows in general: "No photo passes, backstage passes, or guest lists. It's pretty tight." Then I asked him if any of the upcoming Reflections shows will he recorded, and he said no, that the Sydney shows earlier this year were it.
