RAH tickets arriving

Check your mail, UK fans, as the RAH tickets have started to arrive! The white bits are just to remove identifying marks on the ticket. (Thanks Goldie)

  2. Haven't heard anything from non-UK fans yet. Guess you will get yours a bit later?

  6. Great! I was starting to get ever so slightly worried, since the three-week deadline came and went with no word. But if the first tickets are only now starting to arrive, then it's no surprise I haven't received anything yet. Just keep checking that mailbox...

  7. They said it was ok to ship it outside the UK but I asked to collect it at the box office, so that there is no way it can get lost.

  8. This is what's on the website of ticketfactory:

    13. Can my tickets be posted abroad?

Tickets booked using cards that are registered to addresses outside the UK, cannot be posted abroad and instead will automatically be held for collection at the venue Box Office regardless of the delivery method chosen at the time of booking.

I've e-mailed them to be sure...

  9. @Anne-Frank: This is now confusing me to no end. When I ordered my tickets at bookingdirect.com, the only choice I had was to have the tickets sent to me by mail. I would have preferred picking up the tickets at the box office, but that option was not presented.

Since then I have heard absolutely nothing from the tickets resellers themselves. And now here's the story that foreigners do have to pick up their tickets at the box office? Regardless of their (non-)choice during ordering? If so, what kind of identification will they require? My credit card? My ID? My order confirmation? I'd better bring all of it to London then, just to be on the safe side...

On top of that, we've got Keith here reporting that he got his tickets delivered to his non-UK address. I honestly don't know what to believe anymore.

I wish the Ticket Factory were a bit more forthcoming with their information towards their customers...

  10. Just wondering if anyone has received their standing tickets from See Tickets yet.

Just got back off holiday and checked my order online and it's still saying they are waiting for tickets to arrive from the promoter.

  12. at the RAH 2006, foreign people had to get their tickets at the box office. But there were some who received them at their home. So don't panic! and if the tickets don't arrive they'll give you a duplicate one if you have your order with yourself

    Dear Erika,

    Thank you for your e-mail.

Tickets for the Cure will be dispatched approximately two weeks before the show, however if you do not receive your tickets before you leave for the UK please let us know and we can arrange for a duplicate set of tickets to be at the Box Office for you to collect on the evening of the show.
