  1. That's a long break from their other North American shows. I'd really like to know what their plans are for the time between Miami and Honolulu.

    1. Yeah, I was thinking maybe South America before HI and then the Fuji Rock Festival and Ansan Valley festival in Korea like they did in 2013.

  2. I am very happy for all the Cure fans in Hawaii! I personally was planning a holiday in Hawaii this summer but then decided to spend all my money on Cure shows on the continent instead. So now I have been silently crying over the idea that I could have had paradise and The Cure. Only this band makes me this greedy to see them so many times!

    1. I could have gone to see them in Hawaii, instead I'm driving 6 hours south to see them in Hollywood.

I made poor Cure travel decisions this year :(

    2. Sang I saw the cure in Hawaii in 2013 great show but if you want to go on vacation spend your money elsewhere Hawaii is very overrated and not worth the money take it from someone who used to live there. Go somewhere better. Cheers

    4. Lol All_I_have_to_do_is_kill_her...Thanks for the advice, and I have heard the same from some others who have lived on the Islands (but I also know several Islanders who love it). I have been to Hawaii several times, and though it may be overrated in some respects, compared to the small college town in the Midwest I live in, it is paradise! Swimming in the pacific and those beaches are definitely not overrated! And I have a feeling The Cure also fell in love with the islands...:)

  3. Wow, ¡¡¡ 66 shows so far and seems isn´t over yet!!!

We haven´t seen that lenght since 2000.

Robert has told many times during last years that The CURE will never play a massive world tour again, 2016 contradicts his statements.

    And no album to support.

    What do you think?

    1. My hope beyond hope will be that they will release a new album just before the tour kicks off as a giant surprise.

I mean I know it wont happen but we can always Wish, right?

    2. A release either before or during the North American tour beginning in May is a probability I think. Robert has only ever done 60+ shows before promoting new material, so keep your hopes up!

  4. Hmm why do I have a feeling it'll be Fuji Rock in Japan from Hawaii and then onto Splendour for Australia? No headliner locked into Splendour so far that I've heard - and would be great.

  7. Anybody else notice that TheCure.com is down? Wouldn't it be nice if it was because of something other than forgetting to pay the bill to keep it live?

    1. http://thecure.com isn't working but http://www.thecure.com works fine. Looks like they've just didn't configured the domain forwarding correctly.

  8. Buy real Facebook fans may boost your chance to get better fans, which seem more authentic and reliable but then again these are purchased fans. Agencies may try to manipulate you to buy these fans, but they are fake too. These agencies claim to provide long-lasting and high-quality fans that make your page go viral. But, buying fans is not a good idea, but a lot of celebrities and brands do that while we think they really have such large number of fans. I suggest avoiding taking shortcuts and actually build a fan base on your page by working efficiently and effectively on your marketing campaign.

  11. Anyone notice this from the Blaisdell Arena site - 'as yet unreleased tracks' ?

“THE CURE TOUR 2016” will present Robert Smith, Simon Gallup, Jason Cooper, Roger O’Donnell and Reeves Gabrels as they explore 37 years of Cure songs, mixing hits, rarities, favorites and as yet unreleased tracks in a brand new stage production that promises to be the ‘must see’ show of the year!
