Robert has added more info to his recent post about his new collaborations, adding the 65DOS news and the title of the John Martyn song he's doing (Small Hours). (Thanks Beau)
Lindsey, I agree. I'm expecting a sensational cover.
Love them site updates, too! Wish he'd tell us more about the dark album and what's happening with the band and news of a gig or two and... Oh, shit, there I go, dreaming again! ;-)
7bluestars, I wouldn't hold my breath for that "dark" album. There are usually 4-5 years between albums, which means that we will most likely see the dark album in 2013.
i love site updates :)
ReplyDeleteSo much exciting stuff!
ReplyDeleteso i wasn't familiar with the john martyn song, but i'm listening now and i think it could be a good fit for robert.

Do you guys think the John Martyn cover will be released as another Robert Smith solo track? A sign of whats to come?
ReplyDeletethat's the way i assumed it would be, and craig has it listed at the top of the page under "solo projects."
ReplyDelete*sigh* I really like the original John Martyn "Small Hours", I'm excited for Robert's interpretation :D
