Don't know if anybody will see this anymore but I made my own 4:13 Dream on Rhapsody with the Mix 13 mixes of the first three singles and the Hypnagogic Perfect Boy all in their respective places in the album track listing:

That seemed to be the best arrangement but I'm open to suggestions for changing it.
