Dear Ticket Buyer,
We appreciate your recent ticket purchase to The Cure Tour 2016 at the Frank Erwin Center on Friday, May 13. Please review this helpful information to make your experience an enjoyable one!
GENERAL ADMISSION
General admission wristbands will be distributed to customers with general admission tickets at the Red River entrance beginning at 9 a.m. the day of the show. Please note you must have your general admission ticket in hand to receive a wristband. You can only pick up your own wristband. All general admission ticket holders must enter through the Red River doors. General admission floor seating is standing room only.
Doors will open at approximately 6 p.m. for general admission and 6:30 p.m. for all other ticket holders.
DON'T FORGET TO TEXT FRANK!
If you need assistance, please report any issues to the Frank Erwin Center event management staff during the event by texting the word “FRANK”, your issue and location to 69050. Standard message and data rates may apply.
PRINT AT HOME TICKETS
If you selected the Print at Home option when you purchased your tickets, please remember to print your tickets before coming to the show. If you need to have your tickets printed at the venue, a $3 per ticket reprint fee will apply.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING
Traffic, parking and access to the Frank Erwin Center will be affected by the UIL Track and Field State Meet. You can check parking disruptions on the UT Parking and Transportation Services site. Please plan accordingly. Parking is available for purchase in advance through Click and Park. You must purchase parking before 10 p.m. the day before your scheduled event.

That camera policy is extremely vague.
ReplyDeleteIf it's anything like most Cure shows, don't expect to get in with anything other than a smartphone.
DeleteIve always apart from 90's and dream tour gotten in with pocket camera. In the US too.
DeleteThank you for posting. I am excited to go tomorrow but HATE the souless Frank Erwin Center with a passion. Be prepared for those of you that aren't Austinites- there is a lot of construction and parking is a total bitch. Now that Uber and Lyft are suspended in the city, it adds insult to injury. Anyway- very excited for a wonderful show!
