  1. gotta be honest and say that it doesnt actually look to be in the style of Porl/Pearl and neither does the signature on the reverse, the low bid offered would suggest I am not the only person who thinks so...

  4. Smix, Porl/Pearl does abstract art, so I don't doubt that this was done by him.

  5. yeah, my concerns were really centred around the signature/name on the reverse which is no way the usual P/P style, but as I say, I am open to be proved wrong..

  6. The seller's wife is a friend of Janet, and they have several paintings that Paul has given to them over the years. Highly doubt the guy would be selling fakes.

  10. My computer-savvy son, who studies art, showed me that at wahooart.com, we can browse through their big collection
of images from western art, to get some ideas for painting the wall in our music room.

I found that it was easier, time-saving and economical to order a big canvas print of an original painting from the site. I
ordered this famous La dance by French artist Henri Matisse, http://EN.WahooArt.com/A55A04/w.nsf/OPRA/BRUE-5ZKCN9. What a lovely blue.
