    Hey Cure Kitty, I do have utube I'm xLACurex I have videos up from May. I will post the videos I took last weekend too. But they are definately not as good as the ones from may. I had a different camera this time and this camera sucked big time. :(

    I got video of Death Cab and The Killers too if anyone is interested too. but it will take a while for me to uploaD them as I live i the dark ages and only have dial up.

    I'm downloading Brian's torrent as we speak. If nobody has done it by then, I will convert it to high quality MP3 (with the taper's blessing) and post it on a sharing site.

    Lordy, I am so pissed I was not there... I should have hitchiked my way to CA with Cat... And we would have fought for Andy's attention, that's for sure! :p

    Recoded to 190 MP3 using dbpoweramp. Will post the link when it is done. My upload speed is quite slow this morning...

    Andy, I can do ya one better on that picture. :) I have a poster with that image on it. In fact, It was the first Cure poster I ever bought, sometime in 1994, if I recall correctly.

    crowbi-wan, I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but FLAC compressed files can't retain a 24 bit audio structure. When compressed, the audio drops to 16 bit quality, as the codec wasn't designed to handle the additional 8 bits. Still exceptional, but not at the quality of the original recording.

    brian, didn't have a problem converting the files. i wish when i converted them to mp3 though i would have raised the gain as they're lower sound volume than most of my stuff. oh well. left it untouched.

    Shawn, the latest version of FLAC has no trouble converting/playing 24 bit FLACs. I have a bunch of them. Have even converted them back to waves just to see if they retain the correct bits. Now, mp3s might automatically get downsampled, which is not the ideal way to go about doing that. But hey, as long as it's alright on the listeners ears ; )

    Andy, yes the volume is low. That's part of the problem I'm having with my recording gear. Maybe you've noticed some hiss on there. That's from me raising the level just a touch. Anymore and it would be much more annoying. Playing around with the EQ helps. That's something I plan to do, but just wanted to get the audio out there asap.

    Brian, that's interesting. I didn't know that there was a more recent version of FLAC that could handle 24 bit audio.

    Any possibility of someone posting the 24 bit FLAC files to something other than Dimeadozen? I'm not exactly torrent-savvy, and my computer doesn't seem to like them.
