  1. It's not so much a review as it brings up some points. It seems it's as much about the shitty writer as it is Disintegration. Ok, I get it, you like New Order a lot... good for you.

  2. Wow...not to sound ungrateful at getting to read a free 'review,' but...wow...what a crap piece of writing :P

  3. Why was a editorial of "Why I love Joy Division/New Order, and I'm cooler than you" Titled Disintegration reissue review?

  7. This 'review' was written by a DOUCHE of epic, nay, biblical proportions!!! If he's saying that Robert/The Cure copied New Orders style, at least get the songs correct!! Listen to their first album, 1981's Movement ~ 'Dreams Never End' is the 'original' Inbetween Days ~ The BLUE MONDAYisms are from THE WALK, not Let's Go To Bed!!! New Order's ' All The Way' from 1989's Technique's has OVERT JUST LIKE HEAVENisms, funny he didn't mention that!! David Quantick, stick to Morrissey and being 'so misunderstood'...but thanks for the post and free read!!!

  8. "i'm so tire of the new order comparision" most journalist seem to like joy/new order more than the cure, but you have to travel around the world to see who is bigger, not to mention better! i love new order and joy but please! it takes the whole joy division band to be Robert Smith and i'm not gonna mention Simon, Boris, Porl, Perry, Roger... i just did jajaja

  9. Is Uncut a UK based publication? If so all the New Order/Joy Division love is understandable. Those guys are totally in vogue at the minute.

  10. It's funny, isn't it? And pretty positive. The reissue's getting much better reviews than the original release ever did!

  11. haha, i'm much less picky about the writing quality of reviews. hey, overall he was complimenting the album. better than a negative review.

  12. Gosh, it was such an effort for the poor man to admit that maybe Disintegration was okay. :P Yet another sterling effort from the Hunter Thompson "it's all about me" School of Journalism.
