    Well, I can understand a couple of extras, but it's not like Robert plays speed metal, where you might expect a decent amount of broken strings.

    Why wouldn't he want a dozen? I've got one, I love it! I would imagine he has multiples for different tunings and as backups, like MSP000 said. He may also have a couple that are setup differently?
