Can anyone help Pablo with this? Thanks!
"I'm from Uruguay, and i wanna go to the Brazilian show in Morumbi. As you know, those tickets are gonna be sold by livepass.com.br
The thing is, i tried to register in that site, and it wouldn't
allow me! It asks for a CPF, that is like a brazilian Social security
number.
Could you ask in COF for help registering in that
site? Maybe i didn't see a link for international customers or
something? Maybe there's some way to bypass that?
Curiously, i did register in livepass.com.ar (The argentinian site) and i'm ready to buy tickets for the Bs As show, so if anybody needs help, let me know."
I will take a look.
ReplyDeleteIn other hand, i will only be able to attemp to the rio concert.
But i am sure someone here will help you if we could not register you.
take care.
Livepass Brazil completely sucks, I'm from Argentina an in the same situation. Unlike all the rest of the countries they haven't developed an international way to buy them.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing I could advance is calculating a fake CPF that passes the validation. You have to calculate "dígito verificador" with your passport number completed with zeros on the left until getting 9 digits.
Here is the algorithm calculation, if I could calculate it you surely will too.

Anyway, after that I'm not sure if it will accept an international credit card. In Livepass Brazil Facebook told me to try this way and that an international card will be accepted, and by email they told me to ask someone to buy it.
De lo que no estoy seguro es de que nos entreguen las entradas cuando las vayamos a retirar, viste que hay que presentar documento por lo general.... Y si tenemos un doc falso, marchamos.
DeletePablo74, I can help you. I´m brazilian but wanna go to Buenos Aires show because of the distance. I´m closer to Argentina. And I cannot buy from Argentina because they dont deliver off-country, I guess. I need your contact ASAP !
ReplyDeleteCristiano, eso no es problema, podés retirarlas en boletería, no te preocupes por eso. Asegurate nomás que es así cuando las compres online el lunes.

ReplyDeleteI just asked how to shop from overseas and this is the answer:
ReplyDelete"Unfortunately, our department for international sale of tickets is not operating at the time. Accelerate the process of development of the sector to full activity and international sales, will post as soon as available on our website: http://www.livepass.com.br/".
I received the same canned answer by e-mail.
DeleteI sent an email too.
ReplyDeletewill wait for the answer.
As i will go for the Rio one, can help people for this one only.

ReplyDeleteAccording to the new Press Release (http://www.midiorama.com.br/works/news/14566/the-cure-no-brasil-2013/), the tickets are going to be on sale 02/21 for Sao Paulo and 02/26 for Rio de Janeiro, contrary to the previous 18 and 19 dates! Makes sense, because the prices aren´t known yet.
