  1. he's at number two at the moment, for what it's worth. Behind the guy from Muse. gross.

  2. Andrew - I'm not sure. There have been so many of these things, that I've lost track. Sorry if it's a re-post.

  3. Hey Craig, random note and question... Amazon has not updated their release date for the US Entreat Plus vinyl, right? Because as far as I know, it was supposed to be released the 22, yesterday, but I haven't gotten an email or anything... Do you know anything about it? Thanks! :)

  5. as usual, unrelated but was watching The Filth & The Fury last night (doco about Sex Pistols) and was surprised to see Chris Parry back in his Polydor days, looking quite the businessman, and in quite a few segments...also, never realized Siouxsie and Severin were in the background behind the Pistols in that infamous "swearing" interview...learn something new everyday, even in my old age...

  6. @ ML68 - Ah yes, they were part of the Pistols groupies..."The Bromley Contingent". Grundy made a suggestive comment to Siouxsie at one point which provoked another bout of swearing.

She said "I've always wanted to meet you" smiling at him coyly

and he responded "We'll meet afterwards shall we"

at which point Steve Jones calls him a dirty b*stard, dirty f*cker etc.

  7. Hannah - I haven't heard of another delay, but I checked Amazon yesterday , and it said it ships in 1 to 3 weeks, so I thought maybe it was backordered or delayed again, but now it says it isn't available. Same thing at CD Universe.

I'll try checking with a few people and see if they know what's going on.

  10. Bad news, Hannah. This is one of the replies I just got back:
"I just talked to a friend at WEA and this thing disappeared…Not on any schedule anymore; was not released anywhere they were aware of in US…nor is anything else (scheduled) for remasters, dvds, etc."

  11. cant you usa'ers just buy it from amozon uk?

  12. Yes, we could, if they even have it in stock, which I'm not sure of, but we shouldn't have to.
WEA had a US release scheduled, so fans pre-ordered from US retailers, some to save money, some to support Cure vinyl releases in the US.

I'm hoping it's just another delay, and not an outright cancellation, but if it is, we will just have to buy it elsewhere, I guess.
