Rhino samplers arriving

The Rhino Disintegration 3x3x3 samplers are starting to arrive. Todd and Kate report that they just got theirs in the mail today. (Thanks to Kate for the scans)

    I ordered from both Rhino and Ideal Copy - CD and vinyl. Can't wait for the rest of the booty to arrive!

    Got my sampler today. The disintegration tracks sound really good and better for the most part. The live version of disintegration from Entreat sounds quite a bit different though. The vocals and keys seem to be turned up while the higher octave drums are much lower. It is also missing the intro to the track from the original Entreat, about the first 30 seconds or so.

    soo apparently the UK charts have a midweek update sort of thing, and as of wednesday disintegration was at 31 http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/chart/update/albums/

    The intro to the live version of Disintegration was only cut on the sampler. Entreat Plus has it in it's entirety.
    Too bad the mix butchered Boris' snare. I really disapprove of this kind of historical revisionism. It sort of makes me want to say "Boris shot Greedo first!"

    Looks like Disintegration enters the UK charts at #68 this week. Pretty disappointing, given the midweek preview.
