  1. An audio version? That's unexpected.  How awesome! I can't wait to hear it.
That reminds me, I have a bunch of unused credits from an Audible subscription purchased years ago. I don't normally purchase audiobooks as I prefer to read the material (allows it to sink in more deeply).
I will make sure to purchase the book as well in order to support Lol in any way possible.
I wonder if a Kindle or e-edition of the book might be available?
Though highly unlikely, it would be amazing if some of the "characters" or key players in Lol's story could serve as guests on the audio version of the book. It's probably written in the first person, so this would probably not be feasible, but wouldn't it be crazy if occasionally RS or another key player could interject during the recording with their take on Lol's side of the story?  It wouldn't follow the "script" but sprinkling in some of the thoughts/opinions of other band members (as an "aside") would surely make the story come to life!

    1. They do indeed make them...I think one of the Kindle Fires is an Amazon #1 bestseller in electronics. I bought into the hype, but mine has been relegated to the role of an expensive paperweight...LOL. I hear the Kindle Paperwhite version is easier on the eyes than other devices. As for Lol's book, it doesn't have to be Kindle version per se, any electronic version would be nice (epub, etc.)

    2. I received a 10" Fire HD as a Christmas gift last year. Alas, it has seen very limited use, even more limited than I'd intended.

    3. I know the feeling. The silk browser isn't exactly silky smooth. It has some other issues. It's okay as an e-reader, for travel since I won't worry if it's lost/stolen, or as backup when other devices are charging.

  3. I'm mostly curious on what Robert thinks of this....

    1. ... I wonder whether Robert's going to be able to resist a 'if only he was as creative when he was in the band' line.

TBH, I think R&S are going to take a pretty unresponsive 'read it and make up your own mind' stance. Let's face it, the bands history has seemed to have been tweaked a bit over the course of the years, depending on whose telling the tale...
