First Cure show rumor for 2014 - Hungary?

The first rumor of a Cure show in 2014 comes from Recorder in Hungary. It says The Cure may play a festival there between July 14th - 20th. Goes without saying, but this is nothing more than a rumor and not confirmed. In fact, the promoter has denied there are any negotiations with the band. (Thanks Mars and Jorge)

      Randy, when did Robert say this? Unless it's been in the last couple of months, I don't think that's true. He has said no more massive tours like 4Tour, but they will still play shows.

      They're coming off of a year where they played 12 Cure shows and 7 festivals, so unless this is some new policy, it's not true.

      i dunno, i seem to recall reading it here on this site actually. maybe it was festivals and one offs, but i definitely remember reading that there would be no more cure world tours.

    Guys... Robert said that the actual band is great and he was wondering to record something.. can we expect a new album with a little tour at festival before?

    If the cure ever decides to play a gig in Miskolc, Hungary well than Robert may concider the Diosgyor castle - would be a charming lovely dark gothic venue! and may fit well with Rogers fav live songs! Would this ever happen? hmm I do not belive so..oh and eric is back..jajjjj
