Really would love to go to this. I was away this week so I come home to find out that not only The Cure are playing in London again but all the tickets are already sold out :(
Oh well, I'll keep checking
And I had to catch the last Dr Who episode online haha.
I have 2 tickets (RAH - standing) but noone to join me... if anyone is interested in joining me and having a great day (or even a few days) together in London, contact me: kindred@scarlet.be . Conditions: 1. you love the cure^^ 2. you don't think they are obliged to play more or they do the gigs for the money 3. you are not homophobic (I am a 33 yo gay guy from Belgium) Even people that can not afford the ticket may contact me. I DO NOT SELL THE SPARE TICKET
Jellekindred, I'm a bit confused. Are you selling your 1 spare ticket or not? Are you saying you are only selling it to someone who will go with you to the show? Please clarify this if you can. Thank you.
I have 1 spare ticket for someone who will go with me to the show.. so please anybody interested, send me a mail with a little something about yourself and your love for the cure.. Because I hope you understand that I want to spend the evening with somebody I can get to know a bit be4... No feaky intentions, just want some nice company:) Hope this was clear, craig?
plz no more mails about my ticket.. I realy don't want to disapoint even more people than I'll have to already... will chose from mails I received untill now...
I phoned the RAH box office this morning @ 09:00 and was sold 2 choir tickets (together). This came as something of a suprise to me but I'm happy to present it as evidence that returns do come up, even for high demand, sold out concerts. The RAH confirmed that there are still quite a few unsold single 2nd tier box tickets @ £125. You would share with 4 others in 5 person box. Not an ideal situation but possibly better than some other routes in. Hope this helps and good luck.
Thanks to the amazing fans of the band via here and cureconnections I have managed to nab myself a single ticket in a second tier box. Not what I would've wanted in an ideal world, but it's better than not going at all. Honestly, without the flow of info via here and cureconnections plus twitter I'd never have got one. To say I am over joyed is an under statement. I can't thank you all enough!!! :D
But now I am going alone, so I'm hoping I can at least meet up with some fans beforehand so I'm not a total billienomates! xx
I think it's great that people are working together so that those who missed out don't have to pay the outrageous prices on viagogo, getmein and eBay. I so nearly bought one and I'm glad I waited!
I wouldn't mind sharing one of those boxes with others. : ) This is probably something that we should all keep in mind for NYC and LA. Check on those single seats left in the boxes and areas like that.
That's also a good tip in general. If you don't mind going alone, or at least sitting alone, you can usually get better tickets by searching for single seats vs. 2-4 seats together.
And I hope more people will hold strong, and not buy from the ticket touts/brokers. Make them sweat, make them get nervous that they'll be stuck with all of these tickets, and watch the cray prices tumble. Even if you don't get a ticket before the show, get down to the RAH that night, if you can, wait until the very last minute, and hope you can get a last minute ticket from one of them, at a fair price.
I also purchased a single second tier box (box 28) ticket yesterday from the RAH box office (£125). Travelling and attending on my own, but hey, if needs must! Rather that than not at all.
Hope the other 4 people already there dont mind a stanger! ha
I got some sad news that my best friend whom I was supposed to go to the show with can't make it after all. But this news might make a cure fan happy because now I have one ticket to spare. If anyone is interested in buying a Stall ticket please contact me. liisakubre@gmail.com
Surprisingly to me, I still have got my 'Circle' ticket, which I'd like to swap with someone who has a 'Choir' ticket (plus difference). So, if you have a 'Choir' ticket and want a better view, please email me: GARON(dot)F(at)wanadoo(dot)fr
Hey, goldie1975, don't forget to call me on the D day even if you didn't buy my spare ticket. My friend Christophe thanks you for letting him go. He's like in heaven.
Update: I have sold the ticket. Thanks Craig for promoting me quite a bit :)! I think you can remove my offer from the post because it keeps getting harder and harder to tell people I've sold the ticket.
I have two circle tickets that I would like to swap for standing (+ difference, of course). If you need the money and/or prefer a comfy seat then email me at paskudna(at)gmail(dot)com.
Good news ? I really hope so. I went here and there on the intenet and feel that brokers tickets are NOT selling well. It could mean, and it's all I wish for those who still haven't catch tickets at a reasanable price, that price will decrease. It's a bet to take but being patient could allowtfans to screw brokers up. Good luck to everyone. PS : my little finger told me that Paris 2008 DVD could come out soon...
Yes but promised not to say more and who talked to my little finger. The previous label which was distributing the programme no longer does. I think that The Cure had to wait a bit before releasing it as the Trilogy Blu-ray was coming out. It seems that the whole concert has now been worked for a DVD release. A new version of the broadcast has recently been broadcasted on Franch TV Direct Star. And arrangements may have been found to distribute the DVD. I hope that Eagle Vision is involved as they contributed to the Trilogy success which sold more than 200,000 copies in the US, about 600,000 worldwide (more than 4:13 Dream.... thanks Geffen/Universal for your huge efforts in promoting this splendid record and screwing up the release scheduling of the 4 singles!) and got gold and platinum certifications in several countries.
Hi, I have two tix in Loggia Box 32. I would really like to swap for normal seats if anyone here fancies doing this. Thanks. Look forward to seeing you all there. Andrew
@ Fabien G It was a fantastic gig. Bercy was flying and the crowd was just incredible. Cure concerts in Paris are always special but this one was the best to film. I went there with fans but also with music lovers who wanted to see if The Cure were the brilliant band journalists have been describing. They couldn't beleive what they saw. So the DVD will probably be at the level of Trilogy. Festival was an unexpected gift, Paris 2008 will be a masterpiece. 800,000 attended this tour and lots of them would love to get a souvenir...
Hi, I have two tix in Loggia Box 32. I would really like to swap for normal seats if anyone here fancies doing this. Thanks. Look forward to seeing you all there. Andrew
I was at the concert in Paris too, David, wonderful evening indeed. I am not much found of the way Trilogy is filmed I must say, and got much more excited at the view of Paris 2008 the other night. It seems 2011 will end wonderfully.
186 tickets still remaining on the biggest bastard broker and lowest price slowly going down. Let's be patient, especialy if you're londoners. I had to buy some tickets to ensure I wouldn't travel from France with no tickets in my pocket but feel I rushed to early.
@ Fabien G Are you French ? I love Trilogy also because I was supposed to be in Berlin but had had to deal with a fatal accident in my company and to cancel everything but also because these albums are my favorite and played by my favorite line up. I'm surprised you don't like the way it was filmed...
I may have some tickets for sale in the Grand Tier (from some friends that may not be able to come), I will know for sure around the end of the week. If anyone is interested, email me at cuctua.at.freemail.dot.gr and I will let you know as soon as I get confirmation from my friends.
I would like to swap a Circle ticket with one Stalls ticket (L or M if possible) + ticket price difference. Please let me know if you're interested! Thanks.
I would swap one Circle ticket with one Stalls ticket (L or M sector if possible), + price difference. Please let me know if you're interested, thanks!
What about swapping an L.A gig for a Paris one? I know I am being annoying (it's my last comment, I swear) but I can't believe so many Europeans fans won't be able to see "Reflections".
I have an arena standing ticket going for face value (£125 plus booking fee) for anyone who can tell me the best reason why they should get the ticket.......No crude offers thank you!
Sorry everyone - my mistake! - Craig you are correct and now I look like some sort of tout! Yes £100 is correct and I want a genuine fan to benefit rather than someone being ripped off!
Also Craig, I know it is rather late but going through an old diary I have found some old cuttings from NME when Disintegration was released with an interview with Robert and a couple of other cuttings about it being the last Cure tour. Have you a copy or should I get round to sending it in? Also found an old Record Mirror edition from the Kiss Me album era with an interview. Any use?
"I'm a long-time fan since 1981 from the netherlands and never missed a show here since 1981 Amsterdam (show in circus tent) I would love to go to rah (what an amazing venue!) and unfortunately did not succeed in buying a ticket from the rah website. I already secured a place to sleep in london and bought flight tickets. But now the ticket for the actual concert.....! If you sell the ticket to me i will be forever thankful!"
For Tom - I should get the ticket because the dog ate my homework oh and I will have to go to a Steps concert with my wife if I don't get out of the country !
Craig - is this O.K.? I feel guilty about some sort of "Judgement Day" scenario but I -repeat; I want the ticket to go to a fan that genuinely wants to be there and gets a ticket without being ripped off by some crazy ticket agency.
for Tom: Hi! I must have the ticket for this show because I think that it will be an amazing event and it could be the first time for me to see Cure live outside my country! :)
@ Tom, Hi! I wish all of us could get this ticket. Is face value for god sake!!! .I have been trying to get the ticket for all these days and wow now I know there's cool people like you out there,a real Curefan. There's no reason why I and not other one should have this but I will try...cause I really want it!. I am an artist (visual) and have cancelled an exhibition in my home country just because of this gig. Is something so important for me that I just can't miss out. all the other things can wait. Is just heartbreaking that I won't go...cause till now I am not going...reason why? I can't afford more than £150 for a ticket. I have one some artwork based on The Cure also... what else? ah... I just am a very lovely girl ? hahaha :)
@Tom...also as someone here said the same thing I should say it as well because in same situation...I have flight, etc to London but not the gig ticket...thanx...again, I wish all of us could get it...so best of luck to everybody here!
Hi Tom, I would love to have this ticket. I know all the songs and the standing area would not be the same without me!. I also missed out on the Sydney gigs...I was bound to go but in the end I got sick. I understand your generosity cause seeing myself not able to go I gave the ticket away to a fan on facebook. asking just for face value is awesome an shows up a very kind heart there... thanx Ana
@ tom.....i would love this ticket for the same reason as everyone else. admire the fact that you are not taking advantage of the demand for your own gain....but i would buy you a few beers as an extra incentive. do u smoke? a pack of ciggies as well . if u r still unsure will a bag of dry roasted swing it?
The problem you are going to have is that most of the people on here do deserve the ticket. Its something about Cure fans. Whilst there may not be millions of us those who are fans tend to stick to being fans of the band for many many years and so all deserve the chance to buy the ticket.
I really like the way you have approached it to make it as fair as possible but seeing as someone has already bought flights & accommodation think they should be priority but then again how many fans have done this already (me included).
How about you do a lottery maybe you pick a number from 1-100 and the person who picks the number first here on the blog gets to purchase the ticket??(with Craigs ok on using his list of course).
Just a suggestion. Fair play to you for doing this by the way. See you all in london (hopefully with a ticket :-) )
I saw there are already lots of messages for you from people who want this ticket just as much and desperately as me, but even if I have no real chance to get it, I will try!
Why I should get it and not someone else… I can’t say.
I know I’m not as long a Cure fan as many of the others here, only since 2004 which unfortunately also means I missed most of the ‘fun’ already, like all the great tours and especially “Trilogy” which was even in my home country not far away and with some of my favourite albums played live … but I didn’t know The Cure back then, so I missed it and I still regret it every time I watch videos from it!
Now this special event will happen and they will play again one of my most favourite albums, “Faith”, with my all-time favourite song “All Cats Are Grey” and guess what, the day the ticket sale was announced and started I had no internet, so I didn’t even get a little tiny chance to get tickets from the official sellers before they sold out. And now like many others I can’t afford an overpriced ticket from one of the tout sites.
But I don’t want to miss this again cause I really NEED to see this show, not only because it is so special for me, but I NEVER saw them before … it would be my first Cure concert ever!
I’m also sure it would be my only chance to hear most of these songs played live, including “All Cats Are Grey” which I love so much that I even use it as username for my FB and deviantart profile: http://allcatsaregreyart.deviantart.com/ (btw I have lots of Cure inspired art there too if you want to see how passionate (obsessed?) I’m about them.)
Sorry for the long message and the begging, I think everyone here has good reasons and would deserve the chance to get a ticket and it will be hard to choose only one, so even if I have no chance, thank you for the kind offer anyway.
I'll just throw this out there and see what happens...
I have a "Stalls" ticket (M/9 122) that I am very excited about, but I would love to have a standing/arena ticket if anyone is interested in swapping. I don't care about the price difference.
I am picking up my ticket at will call the night of the show, so we could just do the swap in person beforehand, or maybe at the pub GTG.
E-mail me at gary(dot)swearengin(at)gmail(dot)com if you are interested.
sorry for my bad english...my name is mary and i`m from germany. i heared you still have a ticket to give away for the cure reflections show in london at the rah..( i hope you still have it)
i would so badly love to go there and see them! but you want a good reason...:-)
so i don`t know if its a good one, when i tell you..i`m a great fan since i was 14 years ( now i`m 40 )..my love to them is unbroken since this time and i had my best moments with their music.they has accompied and helped me thru the high and deep times in my life. my birthday is the same like robert smits and i feel very " soulmated" to him because he has the same crazy mind like me ( in a good way).
it`s very calming to know another person think the same way like yourself..
but the biggest reason is to meet there all the nice and great people from all over the world, who share this great feeling and love to music and the cure so much like me..because thats whats connect us all for ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
the plane tickets are already booked and payed and it`s up to you to give the greatest moments and memory for life!
i have to thank you anyway and wish you all the best..
Guys!I know this is completely off-topic but I need your Cure-help! I have to make a report really soon in linguistics, in specific "how listeners notice the use of language in lyrics". To do this I must analyze the results of a survey. If you have a couple of minutes to spare I would soooo appreciate it if you could answer a couple of questions on this link: http://www.kwiksurveys.com/online-survey.php?surveyID=OJNHMO_fb79c7cd I just thought it would be great if people who I have my favorite lyrics in common with had their input.
Well, first one of the uncountable reasons why _I not_ deserve your ticket: I saw them live more than 70 times over the past 20 years, including many special shows in special venues, so I had better consider myself a lucky bastard compared to many others here looking for a ticket to see their favourite band at all!
And now my weak try to apply for your offer:
Years ago I would have just booked the flight and tried to get in anyhow at the night of the show (it worked out fine almost every time I did so), but since I have a 3 year old kid now, it's not as easy anymore for me to put such kind of adventure trips into reality ;-) If I had a ticket for sure, my family would come along with me to London on a short holiday trip, which would also mean the very first time on a plane for the little guy! :-)
Secondly, I read many people people are trying to trade in their seat tickets for standing tickets... I would do that if I get your standing ticket, since in my old days now, I'm quite fine with a comfortable seat and don't feel the urge anymore of getting as close to the front as possible and/or diving into moshpits like we did when we were young ;-)
P.S. if I don't get your ticket in the end, I still might encourage myself, feel the old drive again that I haven't felt in long time and just book the flight anyhow and try to get in somehow ;-)
hi Tom-i met my wife outside the 'Faith Tour' show at Krypton in Aix in France 30 years ago (almost to the day of the Albert Hall show)....and we were celebrating our anniversary when the tickets went on sale and missed them completely!!!!:( we REALLY NEED " TICKETS-standing ideally, but anywhere would do-as we wont go without the other.....i know u have 1 tckt but id keep searching for another for me....i dont hold much hope now but it would be amazing to book-end our time together with another Faith show! cheers-Dave x!
My name is Mary I'm from South America and I'm a huge The Cure fan since 26 years ago. And I was planning to travel from Venezuela to see them in Royal Albert Hall but I didn't get to buy a ticket. I really love The Cure
i dont know, i guess 7chopper7's anniversary is the most charming reason to give away your ticket... :) BUT i would like to have a ticket because:
- i am a huge fan and my first concert was at the 16.11. 1996 (so it would be somekind of nearly an 15 year anniversary for me)
- i wanted to invite my boyfriend to a trip to london and the concert as a birthday present (so i would search for another ticket as well)
- it would be his first time to see the cure live (can you imagine????)
and i dont have to explain to you or the other readers/commentators here what the cures music can mean to us/me... it makes you ache and cry because of the beauty and intimacy and overwhelmingly happy to be alive, so you can listen to such intense and heartgripping sounds and lyrics at all
either way, if i can go or not, i wish all of you a great great great show - an it surely will be! cheers, mrs.pinkeyes
Not sure if anyone/everyone else knew this already but to help with my travel plans, I emailed the RAH to ask what time the doors opened and if there were any arrangements for Arena ticket holders (such as wristbands) and got this reply:
"The Doors are due to open at 6.45 pm. We are unlikely to issue wristbands, although this is decided by the front of house team nearer to the date of the event."
What time are people planning to join the queue?
Hi to Craig et al - I have been away for a very long time but like one or two others have had time to "Reflect" and am back in the fold!!
Hi! I'm looking for 1 ticket for the london show. got flight & hotel booked! comin' in from sweden. please email me if you can help me. edvard.nissen@hotmail.se
I would like you to sell this ticket to Craig Swearengin who posted below yours on COF, who is looking for a Standing Ticket, he himself as a Stalls M Ticket row 9 seat 122.
I am still looking for one ticket, not for myself but for by best friend, I have seats for myself and my other friend already, Stalls M, row 9 seat 123 &124 (which I can confirm). Now that is what I call FAITH, that this comes up.
I just wanted to add a few words to Treaq's original message. I also want to "play the game," as Tom has requested. Treaq, I hope we have a fair shot at this! So, first of all, Craig, I hope you will recognize me as a long-time CoF fan and Cure fanatic. Thanks for your help and all the information you provide. I think I go back to the beginning of CoF, and I was obsessed with the Babble e-mail list around the same time. I've been a cure fan since 1989 or so.
Also, I want to make it clear that I do not know Treaq, although we have exchanged a couple of recent e-mails about Reflections tickets. You have to admit that it is pretty serendipitous that I randomly got a seat right next Treaq's seats, and that we both visit CoF. And, as Treaq mentioned, this does give you the opportunity to please several Cure fans, and not just one.
Please note that both of us will be traveling internationally for this show...me from Germany, where I now live, and Treaq from The Netherlands, I believe. That's got to show some dedication there, right? I really am not that concerned about the financial side of it, but in addition to the ticket costs (which I believe were even higher for Treaq due to not being able to get them in the inital sale?), there are airfare and hotel fees, etc. We are both clearly doing this out of love!
So, why might I deserve to be able to buy an Arena ticket? Well, first of all, I really thought I had one. I was diligent when tickets went on sale, and I had an Arena ticket in my shopping cart as soon as the sale started. I went through the entire purchasing process before I got an error message that my order could not be completed. Of course, I freaked out...this process took a few minutes, and by the time it was done, I found myself ticketless and the show was, for all intents and purposes, sold out. I had a work meeting half an hour after the show went on sale, and I was devastated. I dedicated the next 23 minutes to maniacally updating all four ticket websites I was aware of until I found an available ticket. This took many, many rounds of refreshing and seeing tickets available, only to find that the ticket had been sold by the time I clicked on the link. I was finally able to get a ticket in the Stalls, and I am extremely grateful and excited about that. But, I want to be on the floor (if possible), and I never got over that Arena ticket that I had but lost.
Next, why the Cure, and why Reflections? I am not old enough to have seen the "drop C logo" Cure play, or even to have been aware of the band at that time, but it is my favorite period in their history. I first became aware of the band probably in 1986 with American re-release of Let's Go to Bed. I was nine. A few years ago I found a cassette where I had recorded that song and a few others off the radio. I got more into the band around Disintegration. Fascination Street was my first favorite Cure song, and was also a main factor in both me becoming a guitar player AND having a hard time deciding between guitar and bass. After that point, I became obsessive. Literally? As with many of us here, I suppose, I didn't listen to much of anything else during high school. I devoured everything I could get my ears, eyes, and hands on. When I got off to college and discovered the Internet and e-mail and Babble and tape trading, things got really out of hand. While other people had friends and went out and partied and drank (okay, I participated in some of that too, of course), I checked e-mail too often and spent all my time and money on tape trading and listening to Peel Sessions and demos and every live show I was able to get my hands on from the band's entire career. The Swing Tour was particularly exciting because, for the first time, I was able to follow it real time, read peoples' reviews, see the setlists, the occasional picture, etc. as well as being able to collect recordings of most of the shows shortly after they happened. Coincidentally, a friend sent me some pictures from the Cure's show at The Gorge in George, WA. After seeing those pictures, I had really wanted to see a show there. I ended up moving to Seattle in 2004, and eventually saw many shows there...it's even better in person than in the pictures. I even saw The Cure there in 2008. My first show was in 1992. Tuesday, June 9. Woodlands Pavilion, Houston, TX. I was 15 and couldn't drive. I made my mom (who also likes the cure and even saw them again in 1996) take the day off work and drive us downtown to the Hard Rock Cafe for lunch (the Cure guitar that was supposed to be there was nowhere to be found, by the way), and then back up to the north side for the show so that we could get there a couple hours before the gates opened. I don't know why, now...I was able to buy some t-shirts beforehand and we listened to Annie Lennox's "Why" being played over and over and over again on the PA. I still love that song. But there wasn't much else to do other than wait, trembling with anticipation. I was not disappointed. I have been lucky enough to see them about 10 times in all now. Not as often as many, but I'm glad to have been able to see them that many times. My last show was Coachella 2009, and I was blown away and literally brought to tears at the end of the show when they first cut the PA, then the stage sound, then the stage power, and the band just kept playing. Punk. Fucking. Rock. It was the most amazing concert moment I've ever seen. Hopefully, that is, until Reflections...
So, how are we doing here? Is anyone still reading this? :) Tom, I would really appreciate it if you would be willing to sell me your Arena ticket. I would then be happy to sell or trade my Stalls ticket to Treaq (I care about the ticket, not the price difference).
Hi Tom, I'm not going to tell you how much I love The Cure, or when I started to listen to them. I want the ticket...no way I'll buy it from VIAGOGO or SEATWAVE...they're crazy >:(
Hello everyone!!I'm a Cure fan since I'm born pratically.. and I'm desperately in need of 2 tickets!! Please if you are selling it, let me know!! elisncis@libero.it
for Tom: I would so much go at this concert, because it would be my first concert of The Cure. I'm through a rough time of my life and I really need to take a sigh of relief. I need to go there to see the band who is my heart and means everything to me. I've to be there.
@Tom: Hi! I haven't a "moving" story to tell you... why should you sell me the ticket? well... I just want to be there... on 15th november... it will be fantastic...!
Why some fans here write things that are so obvious? I mean all of us like the music right? is not like you or she or he love the music more!...we all love the cure!. that won't make any difference if you name songs or tour dates or names cause we all know that!...biblical posts by the way...i get bored just by seeing the lenght of some posts ...please don't say things that are obvious. well, me I don't have a ticket...well just one offer that is £300 for a standing one for my friend who is a curefan, and I owe her many a favour- regarding to The CURE previous tiks etc-...i really don't wanna pay that but if its the last choice then I'm afraid I'll have to pay...even if that leaves me broke and eating toast for a while...i would like this ticket so that id save some money...this tiket would be for myself. thanx. pd: didnt mean to offend anyone here but is quite obvious we all love the cure right?
The morning the tickets went sold out I was waiting since 8 (UK time) online on the many pages the tickets were sold...nothing to do. I could only get one of the cheaper tickets (for 27 pounds)....but it's not what I needed. I was really disappointed, and since then I always refresh the website of the RAH hoping that new tickets will come out... I need a standing ticket in a Cure concert. In Taormina (20/08/2005) I could not manage to sit down on that chair, even if it was first line (you can see in some videos that there's a guy with long hair always standing and dancing alone...well...that's me). Since the first time I saw them (2004 in Naples, I was 13) I always can get the first line. I saw them 8 times, this will be the 9th. And I need that ticket. The Cure are the band of my life, and this concert will be so great...When I saw the videos of Sidney I was crying... I really appreciate that you are not trying to raise up money selling this ticket, it's really fair from you. There will be someone lucky...I hope to be that one. Anyway see you in London! I'll be outside the RAH really early at morning (maybe the night before). If you sell me that ticket you'll be my Hero.
Well, I think I deserve that ticket because I'm traveling thousands of miles (from Caracas, Venezuela, to London) to be there. And it will be my first time! Please, sell me the ticket.
for Tom: I NEED that ticket :D we all have the same reasons to be there... I spent a lot of time on those websites refreshing the page, but it's impossible... I can only hope on some generously cure fan :) sorry for my bad english :P anyway thank you tom for the opportunity, wish you will sell to me the ticket :P
Has the Holyhour arrived yet ?(17.00 Uk time!)..Is the Primary question in your head "Who the hell am I going to sell this too ?" Surely however of all the Other Voices in your head, mine is the loudest..."What's that you say?" All cat's are grey..but only one is lucky ..the black one...thats me by the way..purrrr....the one's who don't get to see this show will feel like they are at their own Funeral Party I'm sure..I know I will I don't get to go...but I have no Doubt that you will pick me...because I am like the Drowning Man in a lake in the middle of an empty forest...only one thing will keep me alive..Faith
Having followed this thread for almost a week now, it was always gonna be Mary...don't know why but i would have put my house on it! Well done!Enjoy the show! For travelling fans who stay on a few more days in London, Smashing Pumpkins play the Brixton Academy on the night of Reflections and the next night...Sold out but you never know...Just thought i'd point it out...See you there in Stalls Standing :)

I have one spare ticket in Loggia box 31. It is £150 face value and £10 booking fee (£160). If anyone is interested mail me...ewoodpark00(at)hotmail(dot)com.
ok i will have a spare "in the gods" ticket available at face value + booking fee etc etc. {37-50 + fees] I would personally still keep on trying the box office and use me as a last resort.
I have an extra ticket for London. It is £125 face value, £10 booking fee, £2 transaction fee (grand total £137, or 160,00 €). The seat is located in Second Tier 75 5. I'm still waiting for the ticket to arrive. I guess I'll get it next week. If you are interested send me an e-mail at garob6@libero.it.
I have three tickets on sale for the london show. Block K row 4.
Payment with paypal required so I know you're serious. I don't want any profit but no loss either. That means 3x(125 GBP + 10 GBP booking fee ) + transaction costs + paypal charges 3.4% + currency conversion + shipping costs = EUR 515 + shipping costs, unless I manually give the tickets to you before the concert (then no shipping costs). Paypal will also protect you as a buyer with money-back guarantee.
Prefer to sell all three together. Also email me if you want only 1 or 2 tickets, perhaps there's a match with someone else in the same situation.
wow! there seems to be quite a few tickets surfacing all of a sudden? I would still suggest going thro the box office by phone. I wish I had not panicked and paid for the cheap seats [standing gallery - although i have been told by others that it is stilll a good experience]. remember i have a spare one [sunnyb92@yahoo.co.uk]
In an effort to find myself some cancelled tickets, I now have extra tickets, two Choir tickets together (£150)and one Loggia (£150) (by queens box). I will sell for face value.
What is the consensus on whether all the tickets have been despatched yet? Our arena tickets haven't pitched up yet and I have to confess to feeling slightly anxious! I notice that Dream13 says they are still waiting but should I be concerned? (Sorry to anyone who is still looking for tickets as they prbably have more reason to be worried!) Just wanted a straw poll on if most people have them yet!
Hi. I have 2 spare tickets for RHA concert. They are located in Second Tier 68 5 and Stalls L/2 74. Each is for face value, that means 125+10+2=137 gbp. I still haven't got them in my hands, hopefully it will be in the next days. If someone is interested, pls email at gianluca.boscaino@tin.it.
ive just bought 2 tickets directly from Albert Hall-they were very helpful-there were choir and standing tickets available still i think-returns! try calling the boxoffice - number is on the website...
Hey, the ticket that I have on sale are the last on the list of the main page. The 2nd tier ticket is still available though because I had some trouble with one of the potential buyers.
Please bump it up to the top or just write that the ticket is still available, because my earlier post was many days ago and probably most people will think that it would have been sold already.
She has 3 tickets together in the Circle Row V for Sale. Priced as per face value £50 per ticket + £6 booking + £2 transaction fee so in total £170.00.
She has the tickets at home in London and can be contacted on the following email address:
millie(at)media-spaces(dot)com
Address the email to Melissa and you can tell her Tony sent you in her direction. I can personally confirm the tickets are genuine and she does have them.
Craig
Can you please post this to the mail page for me please mate.
Thanks everyone and see you all in London next week.
Two of my three tickets for Stalls K have been sold. One ticket left. Price 160 EUR. Can be handed over before the concert. jeroen(dot)ost(at)gmail(dot)com
Today I received the ticket. The seat is located in Second Tier 75 5. Price: 137 GBP or 160 €. If you are interested send me an e-mail at garob6(at)libero(dot)it."
Due to the work commitments of one of my friends I have one spare standing ticket for the RAH show in London. Please contact me at rsx(dot)the(dot)cure(at)googlemail(dot)com. The price is £110.
hi! i can sell one of my two tickets to someone of you. my friend couldn't come with me, so.... tickets are "arena standing" and they are in my hands. i paid 120£ (because of fee and other tax) if you are interested send me and email
I have to say it's very frustrating to see that judging by the amount of tickets suddenly becoming available the week before the gig, many fans obviously overbought tickets on the day that they knew they didnt have definite takers for.
Meanwhile many of us other fans have either overpaid for tickets, or bought tickets in areas we didnt really want due to lack of availability.
Just a reminder: I have an extra ticket for London, £137 or 160,00 €. The seat is located in Second Tier 75 5. Unfortunately, to my great regret, I can’t go to the concert (I’m obliged to sell my ticket to someone luckier than me) but I can give the ticket to some friends of mine that will be there; they can manually give the ticket to you before the concert. If you are interested send me an e-mail at garob6(at)libero(dot)it.
Royal Albert Hall - I have one seated ticket in the Stalls Section J for sale, I am looking for £125.00 plus £4.50 booking fee. This gives an excellent view of the stage.
Don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but Fiction (the record label) is promoting the Classic Album Collection (vinyl sleeve cover CD albums from TIB to The Top as a box set) They're also giving away tickets to the RAH Reflections shows..
Dear Craig, I sold one of my two spare tickets to a fan. So I only have 1 spare ticket in Second Tier 68 5 for face value (125+10+2=137 gbp). If someone is interested, pls email at gianluca(dot)boscaino(at)tin(dot)it. Thanks, ciao.
I SELL 1 TICKET. I SELL IT BECAUSE A FRIEND WILL NOT JOIN ME ANYMORE. I CAN GIVE YOU THE TICKET OUTSIDE THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL THE DAY OF THE CONCERT (NO TIME TO SHIP IT ANYMORE)
TUE 15 NOVEMBER 2011 DOORS OPEN AT 6:45 PM DOOR 8 CIRCLE X ROW 6

I've met up with Stuart yesterday and bought his ticket so I guess his offer can be taken down now. Really looking forward to the show, it'll be weird to see a Cure show without "One Hundred Years" and "Shake Dog Shake" but I'm not sure I've ever seen them do "The Drowning Man", "All Cats are grey", "The Funeral Party", "Seventeen Seconds" and quite a few others live. I think this will be my 11th Cure show since the first time all those years ago in 1984 and it certainly points back to the 80s. Wouldn't want to miss it.
Thanks so much to Craig for putting out this blog and providing a forum for fans to buy/sell at face value, very much appreciated. I don't come here all the time but I love this place x
"We are 5 and we have 4 Stalls ticket and one Circle Q ticket (row 3, seat 22). We would like to swap this Circle ticket with another Stalls ticket, plus ticket price difference. If someone is interested please email me at piercarlo@tin.it".
Completely unrelated.. But I want to send a shout out to a special Cure obssessed person who is celebrating his birthday today. Without whom I'm pretty sure I would never have made it to the Reflections Sydney gigs.. Not to mention being a terrific friend!
I have two last minute spare tickets. One is Floor Standing (Face Value £100 plus booking fee) and one is Gallery "In The Gods" standing. If anybody is interested, give me a text on 07745546525, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. I only want face value for the tickets obviously, and can meet you at the Royal Albert Hall tomorrow night.
The three tickets listed under my name are now sold. Thanks very much to all who looked for them apologies we could not help everyone out. Hope all get tickets for the gig.
Craig, Can you please remove the post when you get a chance.
Again Craig what a service you provide you are owed many many beers from us all if you are in London I would love to hook up and thank you personally.
Hi folks! I've got two tickets in the circle going due to a friend dropping out because of illness. I'll still be going myself so if anyone is interested we can meet before the gig.
So that's two tickets, Circle P (restricted view), £55 for both (that's £25 each plus the £5 in booking fees RAH charge).
Hello, I would like to change one ticket for the concert. I have a Stall H and a Circle U. I want to change a circle U for a floor or H stall ticket (paying the difference) so I can enjoy the concert with my wife.
We come tomorrow from SPAIN. Please let me know if someone wants the change/buy and we will meet up at the Hall. Senad an email to sergisalla(g)gmail(dot)com.
Hello, I have ONE TICKET for the REFLECTIONS SHOW to CHANGE!!! I need and floor or Satalls Ticket (H preferible). I can change it fora U circle ticket and pay the difference.
We are arriving to LONDON tomorrow so we will have to meet up at the HALL. Anyone interested or questions please send to sergisalla(ad)gmail(dot)com
I have a spare ticket for Loggia box 31 at face value £160. I will be at fan meet up tonight (14th) in Hard Rock Cafe near Hyde park and will be at meet up tomorrow in Queens Arms pub. If interested call Dave on Irish mobile 00353876387410.
Late in the day... I've two 2ND ROW circle seats for sale at face value. That's £75 each - £150 for the pair. I'm going to the gig tonight so can meet you outside, at the box office, or even at the Queens Arms meet up. Telephone Stephen on 07703716869 or e-mail gingerdeath@hotmail.com
I'm selling a standing ticket for The Cure at the RAH tonight for 111 quid incl. booking fee. Message me quickly if you're interested. Mareike.schulz@googlemail.com
Thanks Craig.
ReplyDeleteReally would love to go to this. I was away this week so I come home to find out that not only The Cure are playing in London again but all the tickets are already sold out :(
ReplyDeleteOh well, I'll keep checking
And I had to catch the last Dr Who episode online haha.
I have 2 tickets (RAH - standing) but noone to join me... if anyone is interested in joining me and having a great day (or even a few days) together in London, contact me: kindred@scarlet.be . Conditions: 1. you love the cure^^ 2. you don't think they are obliged to play more or they do the gigs for the money 3. you are not homophobic (I am a 33 yo gay guy from Belgium) Even people that can not afford the ticket may contact me. I DO NOT SELL THE SPARE TICKET
ReplyDeleteJellekindred, I'm a bit confused. Are you selling your 1 spare ticket or not? Are you saying you are only selling it to someone who will go with you to the show? Please clarify this if you can. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI have 1 spare ticket for someone who will go with me to the show.. so please anybody interested, send me a mail with a little something about yourself and your love for the cure.. Because I hope you understand that I want to spend the evening with somebody I can get to know a bit be4... No feaky intentions, just want some nice company:) Hope this was clear, craig?
ReplyDeleteHahaha...yes. It's okay to look for a date for the show. In fact, I encourage it! : )

ReplyDeleteHave a good time : )
lol, dating is not the issue, I'm happily engaged:)
ReplyDeletewith someone with the worst taste in music btw :p
ReplyDeleteOh! Okay, sorry about that. Just meant a date for the show. Then just someone nice to go to the show with. : )

ReplyDeleteAustralian site selling tickets for RAH don't know how reliable though but $264 AUD...Seems pretty genuine...
Thanks.
ReplyDeleteHi!! I'm desperately looking for 2 tickets for standing arena... please if anyone sell them, contact me! :))))) robsimon@hotmail.it
ReplyDeletepleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!
plz no more mails about my ticket.. I realy don't want to disapoint even more people than I'll have to already... will chose from mails I received untill now...
ReplyDeleteI phoned the RAH box office this morning @ 09:00 and was sold 2 choir tickets (together).
ReplyDeleteThanks to the amazing fans of the band via here and cureconnections I have managed to nab myself a single ticket in a second tier box. Not what I would've wanted in an ideal world, but it's better than not going at all. Honestly, without the flow of info via here and cureconnections plus twitter I'd never have got one. To say I am over joyed is an under statement.
ReplyDeleteI can't thank you all enough!!! :D
But now I am going alone, so I'm hoping I can at least meet up with some fans beforehand so I'm not a total billienomates!
xx
Congratulations, Stephen & Maz! So happy that more and more fans are getting in.
ReplyDeleteAnd thank you for that box info, Stephen! I know that will help someone out.
I think it's great that people are working together so that those who missed out don't have to pay the outrageous prices on viagogo, getmein and eBay. I so nearly bought one and I'm glad I waited!
ReplyDeletei'm sure 5 people can arrange themselves in the box! great to hear that there are still some tickets out there! g*
ReplyDeleteand i'm also sure that you can remove the seats to the back of the box if the other four are willing to do this.
ReplyDeletehere is a picture of the boxes: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/6d/London_Royal_Albert_Hall_interior_001.jpg
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't mind sharing one of those boxes with others. : ) This is probably something that we should all keep in mind for NYC and LA. Check on those single seats left in the boxes and areas like that.
ReplyDeleteThat's also a good tip in general. If you don't mind going alone, or at least sitting alone, you can usually get better tickets by searching for single seats vs. 2-4 seats together.
i'm anyway going alone. so i don't mind;-) but i'm sure i will meet a lot of nice people there (@jubline)
ReplyDeleteAnd I hope more people will hold strong, and not buy from the ticket touts/brokers.
ReplyDeleteSpot on Craig....
ReplyDeleteI also purchased a single second tier box (box 28) ticket yesterday from the RAH box office (£125). Travelling and attending on my own, but hey, if needs must! Rather that than not at all.
ReplyDeleteHope the other 4 people already there dont mind a stanger! ha

ReplyDeleteHello!
ReplyDeleteI got some sad news that my best friend whom I was supposed to go to the show with can't make it after all. But this news might make a cure fan happy because now I have one ticket to spare. If anyone is interested in buying a Stall ticket please contact me.

Surprisingly to me, I still have got my 'Circle' ticket, which I'd like to swap with someone who has a 'Choir' ticket (plus difference). So, if you have a 'Choir' ticket and want a better view, please email me:
ReplyDeleteGARON(dot)F(at)wanadoo(dot)fr
Hey, goldie1975, don't forget to call me on the D day even if you didn't buy my spare ticket. My friend Christophe thanks you for letting him go. He's like in heaven.
ReplyDeleteUpdate: I have sold the ticket. Thanks Craig for promoting me quite a bit :)! I think you can remove my offer from the post because it keeps getting harder and harder to tell people I've sold the ticket.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Liisa. Just removed it for you.
ReplyDeleteHave 2 good seats in J stalls and looking to swap for 2 standing tickets if anyone is interested.
ReplyDeleteHow can people contact you, Maccatori?
ReplyDeleteI have two circle tickets that I would like to swap for standing (+ difference, of course).

ReplyDeleteThat's what Robert said, David, but has your little finger any new information, maybe?
ReplyDeleteHey there
ReplyDeleteI have 2 tickets 2nd Tier Box 74 seats 3, 4
Sell them the price i got charged
Email me : nikolaprim@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteI saw the broadcast on Directstar the other night (I had not seen the previous ones) and I must say that it looked good!
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI have two tix in Loggia Box 32. I would really like to swap for normal seats if anyone here fancies doing this.
Thanks. Look forward to seeing you all there.
Andrew
@ Fabien G
ReplyDeleteIt was a fantastic gig.
Hi,
ReplyDeleteI have two tix in Loggia Box 32. I would really like to swap for normal seats if anyone here fancies doing this.

Andrew
I was at the concert in Paris too, David, wonderful evening indeed. I am not much found of the way Trilogy is filmed I must say, and got much more excited at the view of Paris 2008 the other night.
ReplyDeleteIt seems 2011 will end wonderfully.
Hi, no more tickets for me, sold them to a german fan
ReplyDeleteGood luck to all other cure fans looking for tix!
See u in london
186 tickets still remaining on the biggest bastard broker and lowest price slowly going down. Let's be patient, especialy if you're londoners. I had to buy some tickets to ensure I wouldn't travel from France with no tickets in my pocket but feel I rushed to early.
ReplyDelete@ Fabien G
ReplyDeleteAre you French ? I love Trilogy also because I was supposed to be in Berlin but had had to deal with a fatal accident in my company and to cancel everything but also because these albums are my favorite and played by my favorite line up. I'm surprised you don't like the way it was filmed...
I may have some tickets for sale in the Grand Tier (from some friends that may not be able to come), I will know for sure around the end of the week. If anyone is interested, email me at cuctua.at.freemail.dot.gr and I will let you know as soon as I get confirmation from my friends.
ReplyDeleteYes I am, David.
ReplyDeleteGoing to spend the week in London, it's going to be fun!
I would like to swap a Circle ticket with one Stalls ticket (L or M if possible) + ticket price difference.
ReplyDeletePlease let me know if you're interested! Thanks.
I would swap one Circle ticket with one Stalls ticket (L or M sector if possible), + price difference.
ReplyDeletePlease let me know if you're interested, thanks!
What about swapping an L.A gig for a Paris one? I know I am being annoying (it's my last comment, I swear) but I can't believe so many Europeans fans won't be able to see "Reflections".
ReplyDeleteI have an arena standing ticket going for face value (£125 plus booking fee) for anyone who can tell me the best reason why they should get the ticket.......No crude offers thank you!
ReplyDeleteTom, weren't Standing/Arena tickets £100 plus booking fee?
ReplyDeleteSorry everyone - my mistake! - Craig you are correct and now I look like some sort of tout! Yes £100 is correct and I want a genuine fan to benefit rather than someone being ripped off!
ReplyDeleteNo problem, Tom. Just wanted to make sure. Thank you for helping other fans get in.
ReplyDeleteAlso, anyone that met at the pub at the Bestival meet up on the Friday night - it was great to meet you all and sorry I ended up so drunk!
ReplyDeleteIn the Kiss Me shirt given to me by Mr Gallup.
ReplyDeleteAlso Craig, I know it is rather late but going through an old diary I have found some old cuttings from NME when Disintegration was released with an interview with Robert and a couple of other cuttings about it being the last Cure tour. Have you a copy or should I get round to sending it in? Also found an old Record Mirror edition from the Kiss Me album era with an interview. Any use?
ReplyDeleteSure, Tom. Would love to read them! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteFor Tom, from Peter:
ReplyDelete"I'm a long-time fan since 1981 from the netherlands and never missed a show here since 1981 Amsterdam (show in circus tent) I would love to go to rah (what an amazing venue!) and unfortunately did not succeed in buying a ticket from the rah website.
ReplyDeleteFor Tom - plus Ive been a fan since 83 and have bored the pants off practically everyone who'll listen since then about how great The Cure are.
ReplyDeletePlease please pleasee
Until Friday 17:00 (UK Time)
ReplyDeleteCraig - is this O.K.? I feel guilty about some sort of "Judgement Day" scenario but I -repeat; I want the ticket to go to a fan that genuinely wants to be there and gets a ticket without being ripped off by some crazy ticket agency.
for Tom: Hi! I must have the ticket for this show because I think that it will be an amazing event and it could be the first time for me to see Cure live outside my country! :)
ReplyDelete@ Tom,
ReplyDeleteHi!
I have one some artwork based on The Cure also... what else? ah... I just am a very lovely girl ? hahaha :)
@Tom (just in case)
ReplyDeletemessage at: http://facebook.com/jesscat13
@Tom...also as someone here said the same thing I should say it as well because in same situation...I have flight, etc to London but not the gig ticket...thanx...again, I wish all of us could get it...so best of luck to everybody here!
ReplyDeleteFor Tom, from Ana:
ReplyDeleteHi Tom,
I would love to have this ticket. I know all the songs and the standing area would not be the same without me!. I also missed out on the Sydney gigs...I was bound to go but in the end I got sick. I understand your generosity cause seeing myself not able to go I gave the ticket away to a fan on facebook. asking just for face value is awesome an shows up a very kind heart there...
thanx
Ana
Tom, it's fine. Your ticket, so you should sell to whomever you want to.
ReplyDelete@ tom.....i would love this ticket for the same reason as everyone else. admire the fact that you are not taking advantage of the demand for your own gain....but i would buy you a few beers as an extra incentive. do u smoke? a pack of ciggies as well . if u r still unsure will a bag of dry roasted swing it?
ReplyDelete@ Tom.
ReplyDeleteThe problem you are going to have is that most of the people on here do deserve the ticket.
For Tom, from Nicole:
ReplyDeleteHi Tom!
Love,
Nicole
I'll just throw this out there and see what happens...
ReplyDeleteI have a "Stalls" ticket (M/9 122) that I am very excited about, but I would love to have a standing/arena ticket if anyone is interested in swapping. I don't care about the price difference.
I am picking up my ticket at will call the night of the show, so we could just do the swap in person beforehand, or maybe at the pub GTG.
E-mail me at gary(dot)swearengin(at)gmail(dot)com if you are interested.
Thanks!
GS
Sorry Craig...whats your email again? Geoff
ReplyDeleteMelt05 - Sorry I had to delete your post, but I only allow the sale of tickets at face value.
ReplyDeleteGeoff - craigatcof(at)gmail(dot)com.
For Tom, from Mary:
ReplyDeletesorry for my bad english...my name is mary and i`m from germany.
i heared you still have a ticket to give away for the cure reflections show in london at the rah..( i hope you still have it)
i would so badly love to go there and see them! but you want a good reason...:-)
so i don`t know if its a good one, when i tell you..i`m a great fan since i was 14 years ( now i`m 40 )..my love to them is unbroken since this time and i had my best moments with their music.they has accompied and helped me thru the high and deep times in my life. my birthday is the same like robert smits and i feel very " soulmated" to him because he has the same crazy mind like me ( in a good way).
it`s very calming to know another person think the same way like yourself..
but the biggest reason is to meet there all the nice and great people from all over the world, who share this great feeling and love to music and the cure so much like me..because thats whats connect us all for ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
the plane tickets are already booked and payed and it`s up to you to give the greatest moments and memory for life!
i have to thank you anyway and wish you all the best..
mary
My ticket is no longer available, thank you for your help Craig.
ReplyDeleteany news about an after show party???
ReplyDeleteGuys!I know this is completely off-topic but I need your Cure-help! I have to make a report really soon in linguistics, in specific "how listeners notice the use of language in lyrics". To do this I must analyze the results of a survey. If you have a couple of minutes to spare I would soooo appreciate it if you could answer a couple of questions on this link:
ReplyDeletehttp://www.kwiksurveys.com/online-survey.php?surveyID=OJNHMO_fb79c7cd
I just thought it would be great if people who I have my favorite lyrics in common with had their input.
Liisa
@Tom
ReplyDeleteWell, first one of the uncountable reasons why _I not_ deserve your ticket:
I saw them live more than 70 times over the past 20 years, including many special shows in special venues, so I had better consider myself a lucky bastard compared to many others here looking for a ticket to see their favourite band at all!
Cheers from Switzerland
hi Tom-i met my wife outside the 'Faith Tour' show at Krypton in Aix in France 30 years ago (almost to the day of the Albert Hall show)....and we were celebrating our anniversary when the tickets went on sale and missed them completely!!!!:( we REALLY NEED " TICKETS-standing ideally, but anywhere would do-as we wont go without the other.....i know u have 1 tckt but id keep searching for another for me....i dont hold much hope now but it would be amazing to book-end our time together with another Faith show! cheers-Dave x!

ReplyDeleteFor Tom:
ReplyDeleteHello!
My name is Mary I'm from South America and I'm a huge The Cure fan since 26 years ago. And I was planning to travel from Venezuela to see them in Royal Albert Hall but I didn't get to buy a ticket.
I really love The Cure
Please, sell me a ticket.
My email is: myrjs@hotmail.com
King regards
It will be my first time!
ReplyDeletejust a cure fan a hardcore cure fan the cure has been on my top list more than any artist i have listened too new or old love the cure forever
ReplyDelete@Tom, ignore my post above, I just managed to buy a ticket through bookings direct website :-) there was one available again this morning!
ReplyDeletei dont know, i guess 7chopper7's anniversary is the most charming reason to give away your ticket... :)
ReplyDeleteBUT
i would like to have a ticket because:
- i am a huge fan and my first concert was at the 16.11. 1996 (so it would be somekind of nearly an 15 year anniversary for me)
- i wanted to invite my boyfriend to a trip to london and the concert as a birthday present (so i would search for another ticket as well)
- it would be his first time to see the cure live (can you imagine????)
and i dont have to explain to you or the other readers/commentators here what the cures music can mean to us/me... it makes you ache and cry because of the beauty and intimacy and overwhelmingly happy to be alive, so you can listen to such intense and heartgripping sounds and lyrics at all
either way, if i can go or not, i wish all of you a great great great show - an it surely will be!
cheers,
mrs.pinkeyes
Not sure if anyone/everyone else knew this already but to help with my travel plans, I emailed the RAH to ask what time the doors opened and if there were any arrangements for Arena ticket holders (such as wristbands) and got this reply:
ReplyDelete"The Doors are due to open at 6.45 pm.
ReplyDeleteFor Tom, from Trea:
ReplyDeleteDear Tom,
I would like you to sell this ticket to Craig Swearengin who posted below yours on COF, who is looking for a Standing Ticket, he himself as a Stalls M Ticket row 9 seat 122.
I am still looking for one ticket, not for myself but for by best friend, I have seats for myself and my other friend already, Stalls M, row 9 seat 123 &124 (which I can confirm). Now that is what I call FAITH, that this comes up.
You don't make one person happy but 3 in one go.
Thanks
Trea
For Tom, from Gary:
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to add a few words to Treaq's original message.
Part 2 from Gary:
ReplyDeleteNext, why the Cure, and why Reflections?
Thanks,
Gary Swearengin
Hi Tom,
ReplyDeleteI'm not going to tell you how much I love The Cure, or when I started to listen to them.
I want the ticket...no way I'll buy it from VIAGOGO or SEATWAVE...they're crazy >:(
Hello everyone!!I'm a Cure fan since I'm born pratically.. and
ReplyDeleteI'm desperately in need of 2 tickets!!
ReplyDelete@Tom: Hi! I haven't a "moving" story to tell you... why should you sell me the ticket? well... I just want to be there... on 15th november... it will be fantastic...!
ReplyDeleteWhy some fans here write things that are so obvious?
ReplyDeletethanx.
pd: didnt mean to offend anyone here but is quite obvious we all love the cure right?

ReplyDeleteFor Tom, from Dario:
ReplyDeleteThe morning the tickets went sold out I was waiting since 8 (UK time) online on the many pages the tickets were sold...nothing to do.
For Tom, from Stephane:
ReplyDeleteMy name is Stéphane and my English is very bad
I live at Versailles just next Paris
I’m a old fan since 1983 (my age is 41)
I see a lot concert of “the cure” since 1985 but not this period, of curse I was so young
I like the idea of special show; I saw the trilogy in Bruxelles, it was fantastic
I want to discover the ambiance and the sound of the 80’ beginning
The best reason: to have a French fan at this concert
Thanks you for the dream
Stéphane from France

ReplyDeleteWell, I think I deserve that ticket because I'm traveling thousands of miles (from Caracas, Venezuela, to London) to be there. And it will be my first time! Please, sell me the ticket.
ReplyDeleteFor Tom, from Attilio:
ReplyDeleteI understand you have tickets available for the forthcoming show at ROYAL ALBERT HALL. I'm 42 and I would like to attend the show with my girlfriend.
Attilio Perissinotti
for Tom: I NEED that ticket :D we all have the same reasons to be there... I spent a lot of time on those websites refreshing the page, but it's impossible... I can only hope on some generously cure fan :) sorry for my bad english :P anyway thank you tom for the opportunity, wish you will sell to me the ticket :P
ReplyDeleteTick Tock Tick Tock..........
ReplyDeleteTime for Reflection(s)! Simon Cowell moment coming soon!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Simon?
ReplyDelete@ Tom
ReplyDeleteHas the Holyhour arrived yet ?(17.00 Uk time!)..Is the Primary question in your head "Who the hell am I going to sell this too ?" Surely however of all the Other Voices in your head, mine is the loudest..."What's that you say?" All cat's are grey..but only one is lucky ..the black one...thats me by the way..purrrr....the one's who don't get to see this show will feel like they are at their own Funeral Party I'm sure..I know I will I don't get to go...but I have no Doubt that you will pick me...because I am like the Drowning Man in a lake in the middle of an empty forest...only one thing will keep me alive..Faith
Mary - its yours.
ReplyDeleteCraig - How do I get in contact with Mary? Thanks for your help with this.
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU EVERYONE WHO WROTE IN. SO HARD TO CHOOSE....................

ReplyDeleteAnyone had their tickets in the post yet or heard when they might get sent out?
ReplyDeleteHave heard from someone who called the RAH, and they say the tickets have been printed, so looks like they should start arriving soon. Maybe this week or next?
ReplyDeleteCheers. Wonder if they'll be generic thermal ticket stock or souvenir tickets.
ReplyDeletei have two stall tickets left for face value, if you're interested please contact me at tonnywijnand(at)gmail(dot)com
ReplyDeletehi all , looking for a gallery ticket or 2 standing ..if anyone has some spare ...adam(dot)kille@ntlworld(dot)com
ReplyDeleteoke my tickets are gone, ticketfactory had some tickets today, should check it out once a while
ReplyDeletehi all. i may have a "in the gods" ticket spare. will know for definite by end of week. will sell for what i paid ie £37-50 + booking fee.
ReplyDeleteI have one spare ticket in Loggia box 31. It is £150 face value and £10 booking fee (£160).
ReplyDeleteIf anyone is interested mail me...ewoodpark00(at)hotmail(dot)com.
You have a 'Choir' ticket? You would prefer a 'Circle' ticket? Let's swap!
ReplyDeletePersonnaly, I have a 'circle' ticket and I'd prefer to go in the 'choir' section, so just contact me :
garon(dot)f(at)wanadoo(dot)fr
my previous post is a reminder, but I really would like to swap.
ReplyDeleteok i will have a spare "in the gods" ticket available at face value + booking fee etc etc. {37-50 + fees]
ReplyDeleteI would personally still keep on trying the box office and use me as a last resort.
I have an extra ticket for London. It is £125 face value, £10 booking fee, £2 transaction fee (grand total £137, or 160,00 €).
ReplyDeleteThe seat is located in Second Tier 75 5. I'm still waiting for the ticket to arrive. I guess I'll get it next week.
If you are interested send me an e-mail at garob6@libero.it.
I have three tickets on sale for the london show. Block K row 4.
ReplyDeletePayment with paypal required so I know you're serious.
Also email me if you want only 1 or 2 tickets, perhaps there's a match with someone else in the same situation.
jeroen.ost(at)gmail.com
wow! there seems to be quite a few tickets surfacing all of a sudden? I would still suggest going thro the box office by phone.
ReplyDeleteI wish I had not panicked and paid for the cheap seats [standing gallery - although i have been told by others that it is stilll a good experience].
remember i have a spare one [sunnyb92@yahoo.co.uk]
In an effort to find myself some cancelled tickets, I now have extra tickets, two Choir tickets together (£150)and one Loggia (£150) (by queens box). I will sell for face value.
ReplyDeleteSend me a message if you want them.
snowgirlpolice@yahoo.com
What is the consensus on whether all the tickets have been despatched yet? Our arena tickets haven't pitched up yet and I have to confess to feeling slightly anxious! I notice that Dream13 says they are still waiting but should I be concerned? (Sorry to anyone who is still looking for tickets as they prbably have more reason to be worried!) Just wanted a straw poll on if most people have them yet!
ReplyDeleteHi. I have 2 spare tickets for RHA concert.
ReplyDeleteThey are located in Second Tier 68 5 and Stalls L/2 74.
Each is for face value, that means 125+10+2=137 gbp.
I still haven't got them in my hands, hopefully it will be in the next days.
If someone is interested, pls email at gianluca.boscaino@tin.it.
Ciao.
Yeah any post show club nights on that would be suitable?

ReplyDeleteHey, the ticket that I have on sale are the last on the list of the main page. The 2nd tier ticket is still available though because I had some trouble with one of the potential buyers.
ReplyDeletePlease bump it up to the top or just write that the ticket is still available, because my earlier post was many days ago and probably most people will think that it would have been sold already.
Thanks in advance,

I have to say it's very frustrating to see that judging by the amount of tickets suddenly becoming available the week before the gig, many fans obviously overbought tickets on the day that they knew they didnt have definite takers for.
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile many of us other fans have either overpaid for tickets, or bought tickets in areas we didnt really want due to lack of availability.
Just a reminder: I have an extra ticket for London, £137 or 160,00 €. The seat is located in Second Tier 75 5.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, to my great regret, I can’t go to the concert (I’m obliged to sell my ticket to someone luckier than me) but I can give the ticket to some friends of mine that will be there; they can manually give the ticket to you before the concert.
If you are interested send me an e-mail at garob6(at)libero(dot)it.
my ticket is sold.

Hi guys,
ReplyDeleteI was SO looking forward to this. Sadly my Father has passed away and I need to go to Australia for the funeral.
I have a Circle ticket, T, Row 2, seat 48... would far prefer to sell at face value to someone who will love the show as much as I would have.
email me at andy(dot)slinger(at)brandvista(dot)net if you're interested (£78.50)
I have the ticket, so can post next day delivery (ideally today).
Thanks,
Andy
I've met up with Stuart yesterday and bought his ticket so I guess his offer can be taken down now. Really looking forward to the show, it'll be weird to see a Cure show without "One Hundred Years" and "Shake Dog Shake" but I'm not sure I've ever seen them do "The Drowning Man", "All Cats are grey", "The Funeral Party", "Seventeen Seconds" and quite a few others live. I think this will be my 11th Cure show since the first time all those years ago in 1984 and it certainly points back to the 80s. Wouldn't want to miss it.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much to Craig for putting out this blog and providing a forum for fans to buy/sell at face value, very much appreciated. I don't come here all the time but I love this place x

I don't want to take too much space here Craig, but it's my last chance, last week-end, so just a reminder just in case, :
ReplyDeleteI'm looking for a swap : I have a 'Circle' ticket and I'd like a 'Choir' one, so if you've got a 'Choir' and want a 'Circle'...
please email me at garon(dot)f(at)wanadoo(dot)fr
thanks
