Official site update

Update: Never mind. This isn't new. Just new to me. : )

So that's what all of that login nonsense was about, they've updated the store. Lots of new (old) stuff is available again. At least I think that's what the update was. Haven't checked the store in a while, so maybe its been that way for a month or so.

I haven't checked the site in over a month and I didn't have to log in, but I only checked the link. "Wish" t-shirts! Can someone tell me what a "tissue" tee is? Thanks in advance.

Thanks!

@Muldfeld. If I'm not mistaken, a tissue t is nothing more than a very thin t-shirt. Light weight, comfy, etc. I remember buying a white disintegration t (Robet's face surrounded by flowers) at the show way back in the day as well as a kiss me t White as well, lips on front, eye on the back), and they both, pardon the pun, disintegrated after a about a year or so.

Is it just me, or does the "rest of the world" store have a slightly better selection than North America? I think so anyway. You gotta love the global market!

@Quote My Ghost - sorry, I think the North America store has the best selection. You may be interested to know that you can actually order from either store - it is just that you have to pay the international postage if you shop at the Rest of the World store and to ship to the US.

wow I really want that Quadpus t-shirt!! I managed to snag a copy STILL SEALED of Quadpus on vinyl for maybe 10 bucks, and I love the artwork.

sofia said...

Justin mentions going to the Troubadour show *yeah*!

Thanks, Quote My Ghost. I was wondering if it was a women's size or something. This still sounds pretty bad, so I'd prefer the thicker t-shirt.

I don't think I've yet worn my concert t-shirts, though. I tried to wear an Interpol one a few years ago but it was really cheap and rough against the skin and embarrassingly tight on my overweight self. The Cure t-shirts seem to be of much better quality, though, as do the new Mogwai ones made by American Apparel.
