  1. I'm not going tonight, but I'll be going to a concert in a couple of days. i don't know about anyone else, but I'm trying not to wish the days away. I've been to four so far, and time is going way too fast!! I hope they continue to tour after this. I don't think I'll ever be tired of seeing them.

    1. Considering there's no show tonight, it's good you're not going.

    1. I think the KC show will be epic...Robert was sick the last time and while it was an incredible feat to even play the show...he didn't sound great. I think the fact they are playing kc instead of st. Louis is kind of a way to make it up. As far as the setlist..i think it will be still light out for the first hour so maybe Open to start? I think they'll bring a b-side or two back, one song they haven't played on this tour yet, and really go for it. It is sold out since the first day, one of the smallest venues of the tour, again a make up show, and it will be a beautiful night...i expect great things. It's in the middle of a big park too so maybe no curfew? I am excited.

    3. the fact that it is one of the smallest venues on the tour, is the precise reason I had to get tickets for this one. I think you're right, that this night is going to have a really envious setlist, vs the 2 Chicago shows (which Im also attending) which i think are going to feel more like night 1 of the Hollywood Bowl.

Regardless, I'm flying down tonight - and I CANNOT WAIT!!!

      Cheers, buddy!

    4. Actually, Chicago should be awesome because it is two shows at the same venue so there will be setlist variance. I think I am going to hit the last three shows in London in December. Anyway - Westport is a fun place to go out and get a drink...I live between there and the plaza. Have fun - I love this city. I'll be in Chicago for riot Fest.

    5. Westport is a cool area. The 816! Hotel (where I'm at) is ummmmm, fascinating, to say the least.

  5. It looks like the Starlight Theatre is out of reach of public transit, far from any hotels, and on the opposite side from the airport. Anyone from KC can verify if it's OK to park overnight in the park? I'm considering just renting a car and staying overnight in the parking lot in lieu of getting a hotel. But don't want to be kicked out at 3AM.

    1. I have no idea of the parking lot rules but you could feasibly get a hotel and just uber there and back and i think there is a cab stand at the venue.

    2. The venue is only 20 mins south of downtown KC. And only 15 from Westport where my hotel is. There are still lots of cheap hotels listed on hotels.com for the night
