  2. I still feel like I can't really "hear" this song - will we be getting a studio version?

    1. I'm shocked we haven't even gotten a hint of any sort or release. Since 1991 they've always played at least 3 new songs before each new album, but this time they've only broken out 2, so... does that mean a new album or were they just 2 songs he liked that were left over from the 413 Dream sessions? I wish he'd give us a sign...

    2. I think (or hope?), we'll get a surprise release of a single or album soon, because that's how it works in 2016, think of Radiohead or that recent Stone Roses Single. The more surprising, the more attention.

  3. This song is so deeply moving. I'm still processing the emotions of having seen it in NOLA, and having been close enough to see a quite large tear fall down Robert's right cheek. At the risk of sounding melodramatic, that image and feeling will be with me forever. RS obviously still cares immensely about his songwriting, and to see that vulnerable honesty is a very rare thing in this world.

    1. I agree with you! I saw the same thing in Nola. It's a great song, but I have a hard time with it, after seeing the tears the first time Robert sang the song.

  4. at last...at least 2 songs but this song is very deep and emotional. Maby is "Xmas without you" (Robert most favour song)
