Why would a government help pass something that would allow a private company to more easily sue said government?
ReplyDeleteBecause the government is so full of people who go work for the corporations either before or after their work in government that the system is corrupt. Rather than pass that law, they just won't and will cite the rights of corporations as excuses. It's evil.
ReplyDeleteI wish congress WOULD leave. No term limits mean career politicians who survive by blaming their low productivity on the other side. Term limits and an uneven number of political parties are needed, IMO.
