I like Reeve's solo but it almost doesn't seem to be couched in the song? And it seems like he keeps playing it when Robert expects the solo to be over? Anyways, great to see both Robert and Reeves going at it on this song that seemed to me like one they would never play live. Also, on this version there seemed to be a little extra flair to Simon's bass line. Now I have to listen again to the drums and the keyboards.
Thanks for the excellent-quality video. True, Reeves plays a whole different solo compared to the original, and is perhaps out of synch for a couple of bars towards the end. I think it is fair to say that this was the second gig and the guy was in the process of learning 50 songs. I hope to see more of these fantastic videos.
