Josh Klinghoffer of the Red Hot Chili Peppers wears his Cure shirt at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Tribute? Protest? Either way, nice to see. (Thanks John)
A tribute, probably. A way to say that The Cure deserved an induction as much as they did. RHCP has always said they enjoy The Cure, so it should sound surprising. Very fair and if I remember well, Robert aired 'Californication' during a radio show, didn't he. Cool for them to probably meet this summer. I don't think they ever met...
Quality t shirt, wish I still had mine .... That's not Porls' strat is it.... :)
ReplyDeleteThat was my first Cure T-shirt... wore it to death.
