Disintegration remaster delayed again

Looks like we'll have to wait a little longer for the Disintegration remastered set. From a source at Universal: "seems like the Disintegration remaster will be postponed again, sometime late May seems to be more likely for a release".

Amazon (Germany) now has it listed for May 28th, Amazon (Canada) says May 4th now, and Best Buy removed their listing for it, and sent out an email to customers who pre-ordered it, saying it had been delayed until Dec. 31st, 2025. Don't worry, that just means they got word of the delay and don't have a new date to give out just yet.

Mogwai talks about The Cure

"Just returned from seeing the UK premiere of the Mogwai live movie "Burning" which was filmed in Brooklyn. During the Q&A session I asked Stuart how the band enjoyed the Curiosa tour. He loved playing with The Cure but found the whole thing a bit odd. Barry then recounted a hilarious story of the San Francisco date where a female spent the whole Mogwai set stood up giving them the finger. Any one want to admit to this?

Stuart was also asked if any live films had influenced him and he said that "In Orange" had been a massive influence - he had really enjoyed it. So he was very happy when I told him afterwards about its imminent dvd release He also said that he had contributed to the Disintegration reissue sleeve notes."
(Thanks Hugh)
