Seems as if NME will be issuing a cover-mounted Cure tribute cd in connection with the awards show and O2 gig.
"I get a regular email update from the band British Sea Power, and noticed this little item buried within the text: Back in the studio world, BSP have recorded a version of The Cure's A Forest for a forthcoming cover-mounted NME Cure-tribute CD."

Actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan was on the Late Show with Craig Ferguson on Monday, and said he loved The Cure, and Craig agreed, saying how great they are, but then it took a typical "but have you seen Robert lately?" angle, and Robert got compared to Elizabeth Taylor.
