It's a perfect day for going on tour!

As for what's coming next, you will also find the customary map for the forthcoming 2013 festivals + Hawaii, and corresponding pages for each, with details on those that will be covered live just like the old days! The Cure plays Hawaii on July 30th!

Announced this morning by BAMP: The Cure will play at Neil Blaisdell Center Arena in Honolulu, Hawaii on July 30th. Tickets on sale June 14th at 10am. Prices are $39.50, $59.50, $79.50, $99.50, $250 (with $100 of each Front Row ticket being donated to the Hawaii Arts Alliance).

Cure plays Osheaga Festival on August 2nd!

 The Cure will play the Osheaga Festival in Montreal, Canada on August 2nd! 3 day passes go on sale March 15th at noon. Single-day tickets to go onsale at a later date subject to availability.

I wouldn't read anything into the 4th & 11th dates listed for ACL Festival on the Events page. Most likely just listing the start dates, not when they actually play.

Update: 'The Top' finishes at #6. The Smiths rightfully, in my opinion, take the top spot with their debut album.

Aaron Harris talks love for The Cure

"There are two radio djs from San Diego, Chris Cantore (formerly 91x) and Steven Woods (fm 94.9), and they have a podcast show called Cantore + Woods and in the "drummers" episode they interview Aaron Harris of Isis. Harris released a side project with Chino Moreno (Deftones) called PALMS. Woods compares the new PALMS album to disintegration and discusses The Cure for a good amount of the episode. They also talk Louis the XIV, The Killers, and some Smiths. Great episode for any Cure fan." (Thanks Alex)
