"I've just found that the complete version of Coca-Cola Live is now up on Dime. It's in the DVD format and includes the interview at the beginning." (Thanks Junko)
I already e-mailed "d" but I figured I would post it here for anyone else with questions.

If you are in Europe or your TV allows playback of PAL DVDs, all you need to do is use DVD Shrink 3.2 to "Open Files" and then click "Backup" and burn to a blank DVD+R or DVD-R. DVD Shrink 3.2 uses Nero to burn, so you need to make sure you have Nero installed.
If you are in the United States or your TV only supports playback of NTSC DVDs, you will need to convert the DVD files you downloaded from DIME to NTSC format. I know of a program that does it, ConvertXtoDVD 3. But it isn't free software, so I would recommend searching Google or elsewhere for an alternative. And once the files are converted, use the above DVD Shrink 3.2 burning directions.
Also, DVD Shrink 3.2 could be found online, I will not supply it due to "legal controversy" to it's use.
