ReplyDeleteI'm still behind him, and 'Pink Pig' #132 is currently sitting on my desk to the right of me. To anyone who doesn't already have a copy, $100+$30 s/h is about twice what I paid, but it's a much more realistic and fair price, and will allow German to cover his costs. I look forward to the next phase of the project.

ReplyDeleteZap: I do not own the copyright to sell anything even if Pink Pig was my idea and work. It was conceived as a non profit project and, as I tried to explain on be latest Pink Pig's blog, the 500 numbered Atlases made due to people pre-ordering them were offered at "cost" price. "Cost" means that they were offered even at a lower price than the real cost of manufacture. To make things worse 100 people who pre-ordered the Atlases never paid for them so the loss was huge. Those "unwanted" Atlases were offered now at 100 dollars instead of the underestimated cost of fourty something bucks (year 2000) because of two reasons: 13 years have passed since then and, again, the orginal cost was seriously underestimated. I never tried to "sell" anything, I put my own project under my own shoulders because of my own decision and I cannot even think on selling those songs electronically or in any other format. They're not mine. I just tried to sell the remaining Atlases while the Pink Pig Update was happening, with no much success. I guess the remaining Atlases will end in a sea of moisture in some attic or under the redeeming bless of a bonfire (who knows). Best. Germán.
